Our daughter Mila just “graduated” from Sunny to start pre school and we had an amazing experience with Mayra, Sara and the entire team of teachers.

The bilingual activities really propelled Mila’s language in both English and Spanish. She has learned so many songs in the last year! My family which has several early childhood educators in it has been super impressed with her development.

What really stands out about this daycare is is how genuinely caring and dedicated everyone is. They put a lot of care into the breakfast and lunch which has been a big time saver for our family. And any time Mila has been sick, they always texted to check in. They also throw an amazing holiday party and always celebrate birthdays and other holidays with the kids which has helped build community with all the parents.

The daily photos and videos have also been little treasures that brighten up our day. When she graduated last week, they even made a little photo book for Mila!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience a Sunny. Highly recommend!

Sunny Daycare was such a wonderful place for our son to learn, grow, and play. He was loved there like family, and we really felt the genuine care that Mayra, Sara, and Katy had for him during the year he was there. Our son also has severe food allergies, and the caregivers at Sunny accommodated that with the fresh food they made daily. The space is such a beautiful, colorful and fun place to play and learn, and we we miss them very much now that we have moved out of the Bay Area. We enjoyed meeting the other parents and kids during parties and events and will miss the camaraderie. We also received photos and updates throughout the day. We highly recommend Sunny Daycare!

Myra, Sara and all the helpers at Sunny Daycare have felt like extended family from Day 1! My mother is originally from South America, Peru, so having my child cared for in an environment where he can have even a faint parallel to how I was brought up is amazing, and something that was on my wish list when starting the search for day cares.

Beyond the familial bond that develops quickly with everyone at daycare, the kids have such an engaging, enriching experience each and every day - as shown through the plentiful videos and candid pics shared throughout the day.

Sunny Daycare has been incredibly accommodating with schedule changes, and offering additional child care services for off-hours and some holidays if the family needs a little extra help. Beyond the accommodations, there are holiday events, birthday parties, and many dance parties led by live musicians, and Early Childhood Educators. Our child is thriving.

I cannot recommend Sunny Daycare enough!

Myra and her team at Sunny daycare have been an integral part to my daughter’s daily care, growth and reaching milestones. Sunny Daycare was a home away from home for her and I’m almost grieving having to move on to Preschool. Their daily pictures and updates, the wonderful food and fantastic play area were always delicious, engaging and exciting for her. The routine, the learning, and the memorable birthday and holiday events they put together took an immense weight off my shoulders as these were things parents struggles to maintain while also working 9-5 with little ones. I'm so happy we enrolled our little one in Sunny Daycare. Mayra and Sara are so kind, warm, and loving. I know my son is completely taken care of and exceptionally cared for while he's there. They put so much thought and attention into special activities and go above and beyond to give the kids a positive and fun experience. The food is great quality--things like salmon, veggies, and rice for lunch. I have such peace of mind dropping him off and he's always happy when I pick him up. There's great communication with parents. I love getting pictures during the day of the kids playing and doing crafts. Sunny Daycare is full of heart & soul--we are so grateful for Sara & Mayra.

We love Sunny daycare! Our son attended Sunny daycare for about a year and a half. Mayra and the teachers are so loving and caring. It's always so nerve-wrecking leaving your child with non-family members but we never had to worry about his safety or if he was being well taken care of. They provide all the meals (breakfast, snack, lunch, and afternoon snack). They send multiple pictures and videos everyday which I appreciate so much. They keep us updated throughout the day. Whenever my son was sick, Mayra would check in to see how he was doing. The teachers are so sweet and Mayra is so accommodating. We are sad that my son is no longer there (he's going to preschool now) but we absolutely loved it there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My 2 year old son spent 4 months at Sunny Daycare before going to preschool. We really liked that meals and snacks were provided, and it felt like he was safe and loved there by Sara, Mayra, Diana, Sandra, and staff. We could set up babysitting on weekends, if needed. It seemed like he was quickly beginning to understand Spanish too. The children were very welcoming with my son. As the main point of contact, Mayra is transparent, friendly, and informative; it was a relief to know my son is under her care. We were lucky to find Sunny Daycare!!! It was a good experience overall!

BEST DAYCARE EVER!!! It’s hard to decide where to leave your child when you have to work & need help, but we are so glad we found Sunny Daycare! From the moment our daughter Jazmine joined, she has grown & learned so much from this incredible place! The owners Mayra, her mother Sarahith, & the ladies that work with them, are all so loving & caring as if the children were their own. They have tons of fun activities for the kids including painting, singing, incorporating music & dance, fun games engaging & paying close attention, learning the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors, & all the fundamentals for young kids. To ensure a promising road for their growth. They also celebrate each kids birthday together & holidays as well with special decorations & more! Before our daughter started this daycare program she was having some trouble with her speech & now she comes home singing an entire range of different kids songs including the alphabet, counting numbers, wheels on the bus, twinkle twinkle & tons more! The interaction she has with the adults & the kids has helped her so much with development & social skills being in such a nurturing environment. Our daughter is half Hispanic & half white & it is such a plus that they incorporate both languages in daily activities. Their communication is amazing with how they send pictures, videos, & updates everyday. Somedays they come home with special little projects they made. They are so open & willing to work with parents around all our busy schedules. In the previous fake only one star review, Joe’s opinion doesn’t count, because he never even had a child attend here. They do not overcrowd the kids, they have all the correct licensing & follow all legal practices along with health guidelines. When you sign up, they have you fill out all the proper forms & give you a tour of their procedures. We know all the parents personally who are all incredible families with such amazing children. With such a great diverse mix of kids learning & growing up together. He was just trying to bash a wonderful place for kids. Which is so crucial for our community & especially the parents, helping make our lives easier with a place we can trust. With women that truly treat these kids with so much love & all the skills they need to ensure they grow up into incredible people. Going above & beyond to instill good manors, kindness, education, love & community! If you’re looking for a daycare, look no further this is the best one around! If we have another child, we are definitely sending all our kids here to be apart of this amazing sunny family daycare! Thank you for everything you do for our kids, we truly appreciate it & are so happy we chose Sunny Daycare!
