I absolutely love this studio! Manya, the owner, is kind and welcoming. I love her vulnerability and authenticity. I always feel comfortable and at ease in her classes, and love asking her questions about health after class. She’s a well spring of knowledge.

The other instructors are wonderful as well, each one brining their own unique gifts and talents to each class. I’ve taken classes from Elianah and Alyssa (both also incredible!) and continue to sign up for them weekly.

The studio itself is crafted beautifully. The dimmed lights for a yoga or Pilates class are great, but it easily accommodates spin and strength training classes.

There are a variety of products available for purchase that have clearly been thoughtfully selected to ensure good quality. (Protein powders, deodorants and pre workouts.) The merchandise is super cute too!

To top it all off, most classes end with a cold lavender towel that really take it things to an ultimate relaxation level.

New workout spaces can be intimidating for some, but don’t be afraid to check out this space. You will be glad you did!

I love working out here! So many different classes to fit your preferences and exercise level. My favorites are ButiYoga, Pilates, Yogalates, Goddess Yoga, Sculpt, Vinyasa, Booty Bands and more!
The lights are dimmed and the women are all very supportive of each other.

The ambiance is amazing!!!! Manya, the owner, is a total gem of a human being and her yoga studio is a gift to Kodiak. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is getting what they need out of their yoga practice or workout. I can't say enough in support! ❤️
