I have visited this site twice and I have called several times. The reason behind me contacting them so much is because it is hard to find care for special needs children and this is who was recommended. Upon my very first visit the women in the front were very rude. Not a hello, how can we help, nothing. I don’t know about you but this is a little unsettling because if they aren’t worried about appearance imagine what they are doing to your child. I then had to go here the lady Norma was very rude very short and I asked can we have a tour and her response was “ you have to schedule one” I asked why have I never been offered and she completely ignored my question and kept going over this vague information that she was giving me. Idk if they have just bad attitudes or do they just not like us, but they were definitely rude. I did however meet a teacher and she came up addressed me asked did I need help had a smile interacted with my son. This is the only reason I gave it two stars. The two in the front need to be placed in the back or fired honestly.
