We have come to Sur La Table for cooking lessons 3x. Each time has been fun, and memorable.

The kitchen and tools, exceptional.

The food has been very good each time. We participated in the croissant, Christmas cookie, and now the Valentine’s day steak class.

This class was sold out. I would say that this class was fast. Of the three classes, the amount of people, and complexity of food, we had to go go go. I felt like that affected the usual amount of participation I got to do.

In any event, we had such a fun time. Brought a bottle of wine along, met some fun couples, and was a night to remember.

Had so much fun doing a cooking class! Chef Brian was a lot of fun and informative. Would definitely come again.

I’d bring water with me! There was tiny, shot size, paper cups for water. Something to drink while eating would have be nice. Also, there are no stools to sit on while you’re eating. The food was delicious but the eating part wasn’t super relaxing and felt a bit rushed.

Doesn’t bother me, but if germs freak you out, other people in the class that you don’t know are touching and prepping the food.

We enjoyed the Taste of France cooking class with Chef Brian. Great way to celebrate a 50th birthday with a group of friends!

5 stars to my cooking class experience this past weekend (Little Italy). From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile from everyone. They offered us while we waited a few minutes to have some water or enjoy a mini coffee in the back by Sue at the coffee machines.
Rebecca was pleasant and checked us in to class. We had chef Brian, Marty and Joy there, all wonderful people and did a good job to get people engaged. We made pasta and we all really enjoyed it. They had volunteers help mix things up on the stove while Chef Brian explained cooking the meal, tips and tricks. The dough was made and rested so we did the rest from there which works for me and saves time. Making the pasta was the fun and best part was getting to eat it.
Overall, I appreciate the time and efforts made to make the class enjoyable and hands-on on and get people interacting with one another. I was very full at end of meal! You can also bring your own alcohol or beverages which is great !

I will say, this is more enjoyable if you like to interact with others. We had the best table mates and enjoyed talking with them and others in our class. This is very hands on, your sharing your equipment with others but washing hands very often. Your taking turns with prepping the meal. If you an introvert or a germa phobe then this might not be for you, and that's ok.

This store is located in a busy shopping outlet so plenty of parking and lots to do. This class was better than anticipated and I highly recommend it and will definitely do it again ! As long as they are taking any feedback into consideration into enhancing guest's experience than these classes will thrive for sure.

It was a little pricey but my spouse was more than pleased with their birthday plans so it was worth it🥳

We had a great time learning how to make croissants. Brian was very knowledgeable and funny! We had a group of six family members with varying skill levels and we all learned a lot! We plan on taking more classes later this year. The croissants were so so good!

My husband and I took a class at Sur La Table in Canton, CT. We had the BEST time! Our instructor, Joy, lived up to her name. 😊 Joy was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable. She gave us information about the tools we used during our class, but she did not push a sale at us. We learned about things beyond what we were cooking... so much valuable and practical information. We will most DEFINITELY take another class.

Many thanks Joy for a wonderful class!
