The female with the blonde wavy hair and glasses, you need to keep your bad attitude outside the door, there's no reason to give my husband or anybody a bad attitude. Remember we spend money so you can have a pay check. Also having a bad attitude makes a very long day.

They have changed the layout, which gives people more seating, as they wait. I think they should post a simple "start here" sign, I've noticed, as I was waiting, almost everyone that walks in has to ask other people where to go.

I had a very nice experience at the DMV today. Everyone behind the counter had smiles and were helpful and efficient. I had a few different things to take care of and it was all done in less than 10 minutes. The upgrades look great and the computers made checking in a breeze. Cool beans.

It's the DMV it'd be very hard for anyone to have a pleasant experience there. I think some of the staff could be a tad bit more respectful or have some courtesy. Despite my mistake, I understand having to pay again, but you don't need to look happy or have a joyful glee telling someone bad news.

Staff went above and beyond to help us register our out of state vehicles. Thankful they didn’t give up on locating the vin and smog info which took quite an effort and multiple staff. Appreciated their help.

The face of governmental bureaucratic incompetence really lives up to its reputation. Expect long wait times and employees who can not help you. I did have one encounter that I thought went pretty well once, only to find out over a month later that the employee helping me had failed to finalize important paperwork, and that I was now financially on the hook for her mistake. This place is an absolute nightmare.
