Close to work and just what I need in the mornings to wake me up! Love coming in with all the positive energy from the coaches as well as the people working out. Coming in and having the workout preset has been so freeing so I can focus more on the body movements versus curating a unique workout every day.

I love this gym. It always smells fresh and clean when I walk in. There's a new class starting every 10 minutes, just in case you need the extra options. Patrick, the gym manager, was extremely helpful during my workout today. I'm looking forward to more great workouts here!

I LOVE this place. It has literally get in some of the best shape of my life! I get in and get out quick, and the instructors are awesome. Sarah is my absolute favorite!! The passion and energy she brings every morning makes me go even harder, and the music!?!? It’s a great atmosphere to workout in ☺️

Love being able to jump into a class every 10 minutes. It’s really conducive to my busy work schedule and helps me stay accountable. The coaches are great and the small 6 person classes allow for 1 on 1 coaching as needed. You won’t get a better HIT workout!

I searched for a gym for what feels like forever since I moved to AL. I knew I needed some type of gym class that had convenient hours as a working mom of 2. When I found Sweat440 Madison it was a game changer for me. I tried 1 class and was HOOKED, I mean who wouldn’t be, the classes are only 40 minutes of my day and they have great morning and evening hours that worked for my schedule! Having every workout planned out for those 40 minutes was really what had me, I’ve never thrived in an open gym, having to plan a workout ahead of time or think of one on the spot was so much stress for me and then I felt like I had to be there for 2+ hours just to feel like I accomplished anything. At Sweat440, it’s all already thought of for you & you get one heck of a workout. I have never been so excited to go get a workout in before in my life. The coaches are amazing, they push you but also will be there to help you with modifications and making sure your form is spot on. I love Sweat440 Madison and I’m so glad I found my place here, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a hard but convenient workout, especially those moms out there!
