I have taken both my kids to this Sylvan for assistance in school. I have seen great improvements with both my kids after attending. They have regular conferences with you to let you know your child's progress and present it in an easy to understand format. A great investment into your kids' education if they're struggling.

My younger brother has struggled to make progress in the past, but Sylvan’s approach to learning is exactly what he needed. If you care for your child's safety I suggest going elsewhere. My experience was pleasant until they left my 5-year-old unattended for 1 hour. My daughter is always on time and has a seat in the waiting area with other children and waits for someone to take them into the study area. One day we showed up as usual and I left her in the waiting area and then came to pick her up an hour later only to be told they were unaware she was there. My daughter could have left and God knows what could have happened. Now mind you it was the owner who did not notice she had been waiting for an hour. All of my other visits were fine I never had a problem. It doesn't even end there it took her 4 days to reach out to me. As if this was not an issue and she had better things to worry about and this was not a concern. I called many times and finally got her father to call me back and apologize for the incident. Needless to say, I never returned. Their lack of safety for my child and actions thereafter proved they did not care.

Sylvan has been amazing place for getting the help she needs. She has gained convinced to read out loud in front of her classmates. We have had less than 15 sessions and already making progress. When I was in high school I even attended Sylvan and it helped me a lot. I do not think I would graduate High School or College. The staff is so friendly and always inviting like we are family.

More than pleased with Sylvan Gilbert. The reading program has helped our daughter immensely. The skills and confidence she has acquired have really helped her, more than we imagined. When we pick her up she actually wants to talk about what she is learning and what is happening in her tutoring sessions...that says a lot!
