We have been very impressed with Sylvan of Huntersville. We tested with them several weeks back and got detailed information to show where our child’s gaps and needs were. My child loves his tutors and is eager to learn and participate each day that he attends. Can’t say enough great things. The director Peter has been very helpful and the vision and missions of this program line up well with what we want for our child. Our daughter, who has Autism, has attended Sylvan in Huntersville for 2 years now. She has made amazing progress and this year (7th grade) has had her first ever A/B Honor Roll all year! We are incredibly proud of all of her hard work but know that a big part of her success also goes to the wonderful director and tutors at Sylvan in Huntersville. We joined the Huntersville Sylvan location a few weeks ago and they’ve been wonderful. I’ve spoken to the director, Peter, many times when we signed up to ensure our son gets the most out of their program. He made recommendations based on his initial assessment to ensure they focused on the curriculum needed for him to get caught up. I’ll have to comeback and update the review after we assess the progress he’s making next month. I do know my son really likes his Tutor, Debbie, and earning tokens for prizes of course ?

We have been going to Sylvan of Huntersville for about 9 months and have been very pleased. The program is really working with our child. It takes time but the regular testing done by the center shows tangible progress and we see the same outside the center. They also make it enjoyable. They have a good reward program for the kiddos. The focused attention works wonders - the instruction is tailored to where you are at.

Our experience at Sylvan Learning of Huntersville has been wonderful. My daughter was struggling with some early math concepts and was not on grade level. They completed an assessment of her skills and were able to pinpoint and focus on the areas she was having difficulty with. Her tutor has taken time to form a bond with her
and make a connection; which has built her confidence up tremendously. She looks forward to going to tutoring because she recognizes that it is helping her. Peter and his whole team have been open transparent and very flexible with scheduling. It has and continues to be a wonderful opportunity for my kiddo to build on her skills, gain confidence and now I am happy to report a straight A math student!!!! Both of my kids attend Sylvan and I have had a great experience. Sylvan has been flexible with each of my children as each kid has different needs and learning styles. I appreciate that Sylvan has taken the time to meet with me monthly to make sure we are serving the kids in the best way possible. Sylvan also works to build confidence in kids and help them enjoy school more. This has been huge for both of my kids! I am thankful to have them supporting my kid's educational journey especially in this virtual learning world which makes learning tough.
