I love how caring and professional the Sylvan staff have been at the Irvine location. In addition, I appreciate the center's open door policy that allows students/members to use the study center outside of one's scheduled tutor hours. The free wifi internet service is also a plus. My son loves coming to Sylvan to enhance his reading skills and his confidence towards school. I'm so thankful for the extra spark of happiness that you've helped to bring out of our son. I'm extremely pleased with the progress that Sylvan had made with my kids over the last year or so. crazy director! waste of time to communicate again and again even for a simple scheduling! Staff is patient but low efficient through simplified confusion text information. They waste time emphasize again and again about signing the paper , are you kidding me? Any human being has a common sense that the contract has to be in place before the tutoring, however everybody is busy, the key is to work out the schedule. don't waste your time with these nonsense people! Feel pity for the excellent teacher there!
