When my daughter joined she was really struggling with keeping up with middle school, ms ginger was very descriptive in letting us know what to expect, as well as her progress throughout her lessons. My daughter has learned so much and brought her grades all the way up thanks to the teachers here! I would definitely recommend to everyone whose child may need a tutor. My daughter loves the face to face and hands on learning and it has been very beneficial to her education!!

Sylvan of Spartanburg is spectacular! My granddaughter, who is in first grade, was needing some support in reading. The staff at Sylvan tested Rachel and was able to form a plan to help support Rachel in reading. Rachel loves going and earning tokens for her hard work. I trust Sylvan for many reasons. I took my daughter to Sylvan when she was in 5th grade and within one year her reading level grew two years. Sylvan has a teacher to three students ratio, which is important to growing children. Sylvan also builds relationships with their students. I have often said that I wish I could have paid Sylvan to homeschool my daughter because the program works. As a teacher I wish I could implement the Sylvan method into my classroom. The one to three ratio is a game-changer. Thanks Sylvan, I will always be a fan.

My son has an IEP and even with accommodations at his public school he was still struggling with Math & Reading tests and packets of school work needed to be completed by deadline. I struggled trying to teach him in the same ways the teacher does. Having professionals help my son and Investing in Sylvan has improved my sons academic achievements and his grades have improved within less than a week! Having Ms. Ginger & Ms. Shelley study with him the day prior and sometimes days prior to a test and he has been passing them with flying colors! Just… WOW! Now let me start by saying I’m a biiiiig reader of reviews… and reading these gave me mixed emotions: excited that this must be the place and equally apprehensive… because all these 5 star reviews just CAN’T be legit. Listen to me clearly… they are legit! Both my son and daughter have grown substantially not only in their performance in school, but their confidence as well. At the initial assessment, Ms. Ginger explains how the program works and the growth that will be achieved.
