If I could rate this a zero, it would still be too much.
I went in for a manicure to remove glue and clean up my nails and cuticles. I wasn't even getting polish. The place was empty, so there is no need for a rush by the tech.
The tech begins with the electric file that she retrieved from the pedicure area.
As she files my nails, I make her aware it burns by pulling my hands back. She giggles, but as per usual, no apology. She continues, and the on to trimming and shaping the nail, then cutie trim and send me to wash my hands.
I tell her there's still glue on my nails, she responds i said the electric file hurt.
Can you use a regular file...

The head nail guy comes over, they converse then she gets up and brings me a pot of acetone and tell me sit my fingers in it. The container is fifty with old polish and acrylic which I interpret that everyone just dips there finger on there... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
The pic is the end result before I got up and ended my service.
So frustrating when you come to establishments that treat you subpar.

Wow Lucy was Amazing i had a Spa Pedicure and I am sensitive once I told her she was soooo gentle and soooo fabulous Calus gone and ohh the massage was Awesome too I will be back!! Verry Happy!!

I have brought my daughter here twice now to get nails done. We haven't had to wait, and the same woman did her nails both times. She had specific colors and designs requested, and all was done perfectly.

Want a quick pedicure, good service and great price? Definitely the place to go! Nice selection of colors. Never crowded when I go. It's the go to when I don't have time or need the extra from my usual spot.

First, they still use the razor during pedicures. That's illegal. Their work is below average at best. Their prices are high for no reason. They should be ashamed and I'm reporting them to the state. Never, ever go here. They're disgusting. Oh and when they screw up on your services, they make it seem like you're wrong for wasting your money. They kick you out instead of fixing the issue or refunding your money. I posted a photo of their work AFTER a $35 pedicure. It looks exactly the same as they did before. I'm so disgusted. I'm reporting to everyone who I can. They don't need to be in service. I will be reporting them to the licensing board and anyone else I can report them to. Ugh!

I am a little sad that the service is not up to the those of the past owners. i just got a pedicure and manicure first he cut my toe nails before the foot sock foot scrubbing was fair but he did not get the back of my heels or ankles as I have had in the past toe trimming was good but my nails should have I believe trimmed. Leg and foot massage was less then a minute per leg I expected at least an 3 minute massage per leg covering the whole leg to just below the knee he did not massage the back of my legs at all another service I have received from TU in the past. Manicure was 3 star again it would have been more but his work station was dirty he did clean it but waited several minuted to finishes what work he was doing on my hands then he brought a hot cloth spread it on my hands for maybe 3 seconds again to shot a time then he us the cloth to clean the work area then gave me a at tops a 10 ssecond hand massage again to shot a time. after 20 minutes under the fans I put on my shoes left a $2 tip it would have been more but I did feel the service was lacking

I went to get a basic fill-in and French tip. It came out to $33. I wasn't asked if I wanted them cut down, what base coat for the French tip (pink, clear etc) usual routine with a french tip. My nails started lifting 2 days later. I was told that the polish used was gel but I always get gel polish at my regular salon and I know for a fact he used regular polish and charged me for Gel but I did not want to argue and I could tell it would be one. Save yourself the time and money.

I went in with my 3 daughters to get our nails done. 2 were just getting a regular manicure and my oldest daughter and I were getting ANC manicures. We sat to let out nails soaking (removing the old polish) at 5pm and literally just left ( it is now 730pm) with only 1 of our nails being done. Its as if they thought it was guaranteed money since we were already sitting soaking our nails and thought it would be ok to keep skipping and taking more customers in front of us. We saw a total of 4 people who came in after us get pedicures and leave before we were acknowledged again. I am a very reasonable person (hense the 2 hour wait) but this was just ridiculous. I have used this place previously for my eyebrows and pedicures but will not be coming back! I do not recommend them.
