We went here as a family to take a basic pistol, safety, and marksmanship course. This course far exceeded my expectations. Jason was very thorough and engaging and informative in the classroom. The class was taught in such a way it was easy to remember and retain what he'd gone over with us. Jason also applied the same engaging and informative teaching style to the range setting. I love that he stressed safety first and made sure all students in the class were comfortable, only proceeding at a pace that we were capable of. This class definitely improved my approach to firearm safety. It also tremendously improved my marksmanship. I would recommend this class to anyone (new to firearms to seasoned veteran). There's a lot to be learned from the course regardless of experience level. I'd definitely love to take further courses from TAC-SITE in the future!

Bought my first gun and took it to Jason and Kyle at Tac-Site for a safety-training class. These two fellows have an extraordinary program which stresses safety, safety, safety. By the time I was trained to reach the actual gun range I felt very secure. They are personable and not condescending to those who know little or nothing. They are equally adapt at dealing with people who feel they don't need training. My thought is if you have a gun and haven't had training you want to see these guys if you live anywhere in Southern Alabama.

I went to Tac site to get a refresher on basic hand gun marksmanship and training. The training i received at center, far exceeded my expectations. The training was clear, concise, and engaging.
Instructor Jason Bankston was welcoming and considerate. He delivered his class in a knowledgeable fashion; that not only encouraged the class to ask questions but to think outside the box a well. I will definatly be back in the future for further training from this center.

I met The owner, Jason Bankston, to line up some upcoming weapons training. So let me say this is guy is very knowledgeable. Above all else he has a “passion” for what he does, and that passion is passed on to his clients in his training. I believe he truly desires for every person to be as prepared and capable of taking care of themselves and their loved ones as they possibly can be.
The range is VERY well kept. At first sight it may appear to be sparse and barren, it is in fact laden with amenities to rival any range in the greater Gulf Coast area. ...just don’t wear white.... Alabama clay stains!
His training training class prices are very competitive with other organizations, and scheduling is very flexible. All in all a solid place to take basic and advanced classes. I don’t believe disappointment is an option.

Went and saw Jason for a basic safety and marksmanship course. As an instructor Jason is very knowledgeable and curtious to those taking his courses.he goes at your speed so you retain the knowledge. His main goal was SAFETY Wich anyone cannot stress enough. I myself found his course excellent and cannot wait to sign up for more advanced courses in the future.
