Some idiot in one of these cars just sat a stop sign for 15 min holding up traffic behind him, I was the 5th car behind them, this is ridiculous. Whatever business they’re running shouldn’t allow them to do this! Texas plates explain it all! Plate is sln0836 in case someone else has had this issue with them!
