It’s seriously gross that people can actually give a negative review for a college bookstore nevertheless this college bookstore students are very helpful knowledgeable and quick to get the line moving and the appropriate materials to everybody I don’t understand how people can be so cold besides the fact that they’re sitting behind a computer or their phone and suddenly they become the grand Puba of negative reviews because they’re having a bad day grow up chill and understand that the world is not perfect and especially in an environment like this nobody is intentionally doing anything negative idiot.

They are people of their word. Trust them they did what they said they would do for me I'm old and I don't have much money but the stylus pens did not work but I only return to but I bought 7 and I hope that everything will work out just fine for the other people that I gave them to his gifts.

The whole bookstore is a joke. There were about six or more workers there and all they do is stare at you like they seen a ghost and talk amongst each other rather then help me or the other lady in the store. It makes no sense that I have to print out my schedule in order to even speak to anyone about renting or purchasing a book and to top it off, you have to buy a $30 STICKER in order to rent books when I’m paying them for my tuition, what sense does that make? None let me tell you that much. Oh and you can’t do anything without having a student ID. The whole experience was very unprofessional and irritating. I will never be renting from them again. Good luck finding it as well it’s in a random shopping center rather than on the actual school campus. They need someone there managing the time of the workers rather than having them stand around making everyone uncomfortable because all they do is stare rather then help. Definitely would give a zero star if possible.

The clerks have a high turnover rate, so if you want something rare, like gift certificates, then be ready to be a training exercise. Some products are much more affordable then you'd think for a college bookstore, though!
