Tech N Gamer is located in Grove City, OH and is definitely your destination if your console needs fixed! They were able to clean, replace and fix my PS5 fried HDMI, dissolved Thermal Paste and exposed core operating chip. I was also amazed that my PS5 upon their research I got at a Pawn Shop was one of the original launch editions. When I brought the PS5 to them it was disgusting and I appreciated the work they did to not only clean it but make it last for many years to come.

I am extremely happy with the price I paid to basically get a new PS5. Owning an original PS5 at launch is an honor and I love learning about their core problems and what makes consoles unique. My intent is to keep this PS5 and my consoles as long as Tech N Gamer can continue to restore and resurrect them when needed. They provided expertise in how to keep your consoles operating at optimal level. I appreciated their knowledge and help in finding a horizontal PS5 stand.

Amazing Customer Service! Saturday I took my son switch over because it wasn't reading the games, They fixed it while I waited and it was QUICK! I had them replace the screen on my daughter switch last year, they had it ready the next day. The guys are super nice and knowledgeable.

If you’re into video gaming then you have to check this place out! They’ve got a nice selection of retro systems and games, accessories, hard to find collectibles. Additionally, they offer game systems Repairs, Upgrades, and Recaps!
What initially brought me into the store was I bought a Sega Master at Auction that wouldn’t power up. Not only did they quickly get me up and running, they recapped my entire system.
Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Some of the retro gaming systems are turning 50 and it’s getting harder and harder to find people to work on them. I’m glad this place is within driving distance and I plan on getting a few more systems recapped.
Oh yeah, they are super dog friendly, though they didn’t have any treats behind the counter, for this the sore only get 4 out of 5 paws!

Highly recommended. Took my ps5 in for repair. From my research I figured it was the laser. They told me it might be the laser and quoted me a reasonable price. Turns out that's what it was. The price wasn't much more than what I had found online nit including the labor. They had it back to me in barely a couple hours. I never felt ripped off, which is easy in this kind of business. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to let people know this is a great store.

These guys are great. Brought my original Xbox in for repairs did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and excellent service. Would have commented earlier to busy playing. I highly recommend. Great job guys.

I recently purchased a retro game from another store that has some issues running. I wasn’t sure if it was the disk or my console. I brought both in and they were able to help diagnose what the problem was and give me a fast solution! Every interaction I’ve had with the staff here has been pleasant and amazing! They have a great variety of new and retro items all at reasonable prices!

I have been going to Tech N Gamer for the past 6 years and I have never been disappointed. The best retro video game store I have been at. Very friendly staff and they always have what I’m looking for. Wide variety of consoles to controllers to games there’s plenty if you walk in there you are walking out with something!
