My 4 year old grandson attended 3 days of the ski school. He was signed up for 4, but my son canceled the last day. The amount of time that the instructors spent with each child was, if anything, minimal. I only watched for a short time on the first day, but it seemed incredibly disorganized. There were several children unattended, and one was actually throwing pretzels at the parents watching. When we picked him up, the instructor was no where to be found, so we left without a report card. The second day we didn't observe the outdoor sessions, but we did speak to the instructor, and we received a report. The final day, I watched the entire first session. The instructor, who brought out 5 kids, helped the kids get their skis on and then basically left them to travel down the moving ski pad without assistance and once at the top I watched my grandson stand there for, at times, up to ten minutes before a different instructor had him ski down. He fell several times and was just yanked up and sent on his way. No type of instruction. He made it down and back up 3 times only to wait 10 minutes each time to slide down with no formal instruction. Meanwhile the instructor who brought the kids out was giving one of the little girls private instructions the entire time , even walking up the moving ski walk with her. When I came back during the second outdoor lesson, my grandson was sitting alone with no skiis on, playing with ice. For the price, it was very disappointing, nothing more than a glorified daycare. If he comes back, perhaps private lessons would be a better option. I would not recommend this ski school for little ones.

I have never set foot on a ski before and I was terrified going into lessons. Frank was a wonderful instructor!!! He said he had 32 years of experience and it showed. He also had an amazing personality and made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you so much!!

I had a blast with Andy. I loved her personality, and she was always reassuring and funny. She was patient and informed me of a new pair of boots that I am 100% more comfortable in.

First off when you go in to book they don’t tell you about the lift and lesson packages so I ended buying both a lesson and lift for the day which is $300 instead of $180. Second off I spent my four hour lesson being told every 10 minutes by my instructor that it was ok if I needed to take a break and that there is no way I would pick things up as quickly as the other two in my group because I “did not have testosterone flowing through my body.” He also took at least three phone calls during the lesson in order to make plans for after work. It got so bad I would have walked out if it wasn’t for the money I spent. However in the end it didn’t matter since I learned more from a 15 minute encounter with a stranger on the slopes then I did through this class.
