Temecula Valley Driving School truly saved the day when we were left in a tough spot. After Bakkers closed abruptly and failed to show up for a confirmed appointment, our son was left two hours short of his required behind-the-wheel lessons—just days before his driving test. With only two days to spare, we scrambled to find a school that could accommodate us, and Temecula Valley Driving School stepped up.
Although based in Temecula, they also serve the San Diego area (where we are). We weren’t aware of the additional paperwork needed to transfer driving school records for the final behind-the-wheel certificate, but they guided us through the process and worked with the DMV to ensure everything was in place after the last two-hour lesson. John, our son’s instructor, was incredibly patient and helped him build confidence for the test.
The customer service was outstanding—from scheduling and conducting the lesson to making sure we had all necessary paperwork and even following up with a courtesy call to check on our son’s results. He passed! 🙂
This school genuinely cares about its students, prioritizing their comfort and confidence behind the wheel. We’ll definitely be returning when our next child begins their driving training!

Both of my teenagers have gone through Temecula Valley Driving School. They both had a great experience.
The instructors are very professional and approachable. Thank you Steve for doing such a great job with my son. He passed his behind the wheel exam on the first try! I'll will definitely use you guys for out youngest in 5 years.

I’m not sure if it’s one instructor or all of them, but clearly yielding is not taught. If I didn’t know they were going to blow through the yield I would have been T-boned of which the instructor gets upset when I honk. Teach them correctly and I won’t have to hurt their delicate sensibilities. This is not the first time this has happened while they drive a company car.

We had a great experience here. My son passed the permit test the first time and also the driving test. His instructor Kelly was great. She made sure he was well prepared and helped build up his confidence. She was also very patient and understanding. You could really tell that she cared about her job and helping people.

This driving school is the best! I have used them for two of my teen drivers and both passed on the first time. With our latest driver, we had Desi as an instructor. She was great with my daughter -- so encouraging, helpful and thorough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! My daughter passed her test with flying colors.

I passed my behind the wheel driving test this week!! Thanks to the best driving instructor
Ms.Isidra. I was so nervous the first day but she made me feel confident about my driving and helped me improve my driving skills also. She was nice and made me laugh a lot i would recommend her as a driving instructor. She will make sure you are prepared and ready to pass your behind the wheel test.
