Mike is flat out awesome and I cannot say enough about him. I don’t trust the Benz dealer in SLO at all and rely on Mike to help me troubleshoot my wife’s car so they can’t jerk me around. Beyond that… he is incredibly reasonable for performing the routine service that we need for the car. Highly recommend.
