I am extremely disappointed with the experience my elderly family member had with Elena Caraballo at Connecticut Aging and Disability Services. As an Assistive Technology Specialist, one would expect patience, professionalism, and compassion, but unfortunately, that was not the case. She was dismissive and rude, making the interaction stressful and uncomfortable. Someone in this role should be dedicated to assisting and supporting those in need, not making them feel unwelcome. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed so that others do not have to endure the same treatment
