I understand that they are nonprofit, but the staffs need to pay attention to what they represent. I’ve been there three times to pick up diapers for my baby. Every time they ask me why I was there for, in a rude way. “ Why are you here for?” Not sure if it’s because I’m Asian or I look younger or they think I can’t speak English or something. The way they talk to me is just off. Regardless of what their intention was, it felt awful to be talked down that way.
On top of that, I was there with my baby today to pick up diapers, the hour has changed without any notice on their website so I had to wait for an hour to get in. When I got in, I was asked to sign up on a piece of paper to get diapers. But for over 20 minutes, I wasn’t getting help. And there was no line of people waiting to be helped. I was there alone but I was being ignored.
I did end up getting diapers but she handed me a box of diapers while I was carrying my baby in a carseat. No help whatsoever. The workers are pretty mean and just awful in that front desk and have no empathy for people who they are supposedly “helping”. Maybe it’s because I don’t look like them.

I want to mention that I typically avoid leaving negative reviews on Google, but in this case, I felt it was important to take the time to express my concerns. It is my hope that by bringing attention to the negative behavior of the front receptionist, the management will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure a more positive experience for visitors and staff in the future.

This is an amazing service. Many employees and almost all are multi-lungual: English/Spanish/Portuguese.

Although this office is totally lacking in ambiance and looks rather like the land that time forgot - don't snub your nose at it!

Everyone with whom I've dealt while there is super knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to a question, they'll find it out for you.

Dedicated, friendly and well-versed in their jobs! A fantastic resource in an easily accessible location.

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. FROM START TO FINISH EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT BECAUSE OF THEM WE DO NOT HAVE TO BOIL WATER TO BATHE, WE DO NOT HAVE TO FLUSH THE TOILET POURING WATER DOWN IT THAT WE FILL UP IN A BUCK FROM WORK. WE DID THAT FOR SIX MONTHS AND JUST WHEN WE WERE GETTING USE TO IT, THEY CAME AT THE PERFECT TIME. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH WORDS I CAN USE TO SAY THANK YOU.

I can’t even believe they have 4 stars!! The staff is RUDE, and so careless!!!!! They never return messages! They take forever to get things done! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism even the manager never called me back. I am just so disgusted with them

The people that work here are normal people like you and me, they have allot of people to help and a checklist of items of things they absolutely need to help you. Some people get mad when they don't get something for free that they felt entitled to even when it's they're own fault for not following simple instructions.
