This place is 100% money driven and expect you to be okay with whatever they choose for you. They refuse to help you unless they can find a way to bill you for it on top of treating clients poorly they find ways too keep you their longer then you want to be their. force you to do mental health no matter how you feel about it try to recommend their MAT'S (Soboxen treatment) even if you don't use narcotics. Treat you like your always gonna fail if you dont stay their Have a 12 week corse of packets that repeat after the 12 weeks. Their is only about 3 or 4 staff members that actually care about your well being and want to really help you. Alot of disrespect and lack of professionalism have things being ran the wrong way spent nearly 100 days here and 80 days in they refused me a 12 hour pass to go see my son even though I had my requirements in for a pass and never failed a drug screen nor am I on probation or have any legal issues but would allow a client that had failed for smoking Crack to go on a 24 hour pass. On top of refusing to let me do vocational because I was 6 days shy of 30 days in the second part of their program the 22 days in the first part of the program didn't count to further my education but it did count to go on a pass to have the chance to use drugs again so they could milk my insurance some more if I did use drugs. They really need to reevaluate the way things are ran here and look into how most the clients feel their is no grievance forms or anyway for a client to write one. Even if they did the staff their note it then treat you rudely afterwards. All in all my stay with tcc wasn't the best but I am sober and hope to remain sober

I completed here. Then went to transitional housing. They provide and help with multiple services and so much help. and I am still helping myself and getting help and still I remain sober and clean as a whistle. You have to sit still and be patient. God bless Thank you TCC

This place is awful. They lack actual skills, there staffing is all recovering addicts tht think they are better than you. Alex was the only good councilor. Staff will try to get a reaction from u just to take your privileges. There transportation is HORRIBLE they will leave you stranded for hours on end with no cellphone. They forget they take clients somewhere half the time and will miss taking you to court dates then blame you for even having them. I highly don't recommend. There aod is garbage, The place is solely for money. They only teach common sense gimmicks. Save your time and go somewhere else!!!

TCC is the best in the region for helping those who truly want to recover from addiction and turn their lives back around... I refer TCC to anyone I know in active addiction.

This place is by far the best treatment facility you could ask for there has been some bad talk about it but I promise you it's not a bad place they helped me into becoming a better man I no longer crave any drug and have one of the best jobs a person could ask for I'm beyond blessed because of the Counseling Center 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I live across from here and the clients and staff are very rude. Always harassing my company and I. Blaring loud music when I have an infant child. Parking right in front of my apartment when they have tons of other space. And when I've nicely asked them to stop these things they are beyond rude. I've contacted several times to get these issues fixed and nothing is getting done. Next time I get harassed I will be calling the police. I'm beyond sick of this.

TCC has helped not only save my life but change it as well. I've been thru services as a client an now I'm an employee helping other recovering addicts on their journey. This agency took a chance on me and for that I give my everything. I speak not only for myself but for many others when I say I honestly don't know where I'd be in life had it not been for The Counseling Center!
