I did Firewalk Instructor Training in December of 2021 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I've made some pretty epic decisions in my life! Thought I was going there to learn only firewalking and 3 days later walked away with an immense knowledge of breakthrough training and activities. Even got to meet the OG Tolly Burken who created this training and the original activities. These activities I have already utilized in seminars and men's healing weekends that have had profound results on participants.. Come for the firewalk... Leave with your life changed. Not to mention Kevin's instructing technique was like a well polished machine that blew my mind!!! Precise, theatrical when needed, always on point, and take my word and don't show up late lol... My lady and I are hosting our first glass walk in 2 months and never thought we would even do the glass walk let alone instruct it. Powerful stuff around every corner!!!

Kevin Axtell trained me in leading firewalks over a decade ago and more recently helped me set up and run a firewalk for the nationally live telecast TODAY show. During training, we set up three fire beds in a triangle and walked the fire 108 times. At the end, I simply did not want to stop. I took one extra lap, at which point Kevin stepped into the path and hugged me into a stop … what emotional intelligence! When the TODAY show asked me to set up a firewalk during daylight hours, Kevin helped me work out the practical challenges of such a high-stakes event. We planned the blackout tent and ventilation and exterior coal pit, and Kevin managed the coal temperature precisely, so as to provide the correspondent with exactly the “bunny slope” firewalk they requested. Further, as it became clear that the network preferred to focus on me, the university professor, rather than him, the far more accomplished firewalk master, Kevin happily supported the event without demanding a spotlight. Kevin is thoroughly expert, emotionally savvy, humble, super entertaining to watch, and a phenomenal team player.

Kevin is amazing!! I wanted to do something big, and special, for our employees and their families at our company Christmas party this past year. I reached out to Kevin to discuss a team building fire walk, and a fire show. Kevin made our Christmas party one that our employees will never forget! Everything from the planning and setup, to the fire walk and fire show was flawless! It was perfect! Our employees and friends are still raving about how epic the party was, which is exactly what I was going for!? It really was something special to be able to experience something like that with our team and their families! I could not be any happier with our experience working with Kevin!

A truly life-changing experience. The instructor is wonderful and knows his craft from top to bottom. The center teaches application on not just firewalking, but on some other great challenge activities as well. It's very hands on, but features some very deep discussions as well. You will learn a lot. Highly recommended.
