From the moment my son was born, I was nervous about anyone else taking care of him besides myself/husband, family/friends. It took me a long time to start looking at daycare/schools for him because of this. As my husband and I both work, and also recently welcomed our second son into our lives, we felt like we had to start looking. The Goddard school came up right away as recommended. We asked to take a tour and they responded almost immediately. The staff is friendly, welcoming and most importantly for me- caring and warm. Every day that I pick him up, he always has a lot to say about his day and all the activities and learning that went on…but most importantly for me, he always asks when he will be going back.

We are so happy with our experience at Goddard! Both of our kids have gone here and it’s truly a family. Our children both woke up excited to go to school in the morning and have felt so loved and supported by their teachers. Our older son has now moved on but talks daily about how much he loved and misses Goddard! Kellie, Lynn, and the teachers here create the warmest environment where kids thrive! We love it here and wish we never had to leave!

Our daughter has been attending The Goddard School for over a year now and our experience has been wonderful from the very beginning! As first time parents, we were a little anxious about sending her to daycare but even after the first week, we knew we found the right place. The teachers and administration are so caring and loving with our daughter, and we’ve been so impressed with all the different activities they do each day to encourage learning and fun. She is absolutely thriving today as a toddler.

The communication level with parents is also top notch. Not only are photos, videos and daily reports sent to us throughout the day using an app, but there is a high level of transparency and thoughtfulness with any that comes up during the school day. We also feel that they take health and safety precautions very seriously, which has been important during the pandemic era.

Overall, Goddard gives us such peace of mind - we can tell our daughter has so much fun at school and is very loved by everyone who takes care of her! We can’t recommend them enough!

The Goodard School is hands down the best facility for my grandson. When I moved here from CA in Jan 2023, I got custody of my grandson May 2023. I visited several facilities, one being a Kindercare (he was enrolled in CA) I was concerned he would have a difficult time transitioning.

First day, he fell in love with his teachers, was the helper in class, and always received positive feedback. The parents all care and considerate and everyone knew (was called the Mayor)

The activities offered on site like Karate, Soccer & Petting Zoo is amazing and affordable. The staff are so caring, genuine and considerate. The respond immediately and always provide great feedback.

Facility is always clean, stimulating and welcoming! I love this place!

We’ve had our children at The Goddard School in Danbury since 2021, have graduated one from Pre-K and have our third child starting in a couple of weeks. My kids have built wonderful relationships with their teachers and friends, and they consistently are engaged in play/experiments/art/reading/etc, learning new things every day. Each day at drop off, we know they will be safe, loved, and well taken care of. We couldn’t recommend the school more to families considering it!

My daughter started in The Goddard School - Danbury in a Summer Camp, and I kept her there to Kindergarten. From the very first day, I saw an incredible difference in her behavior compared to the school she was attending previously. She flourished under the care of the nurturing environment of such a great team. I highly recommend Goddard-Danbury to all parents who need to know that their kids will be in a safe and stimulating space.

I cannot say enough about this school! Although my daughter only did summer camp here, had I known how great this school was I would have sent her here for preschool! Best staff...curriculum is amazing...and safety is something I never have to worry about here. she has learned so much at this school in just 2 months- I see her personality blooming and have watched her mature in such a short amount of time. We will absolutely be using this school for my son! Side note: the app is the best and I love getting pictures and updates throughout the day. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with the Goddard in Danbury!
