All three of my kids have attended Goddard in Ladera Ranch from 2018 to current. The owners, Administrators and especially the teachers have been outstanding. Most importantly, my children have all loved their time there and really bonded with their teachers, which as a parent makes me very happy to see. As for readiness for Kindergarten, all three of my kids were prepared and ready for kindergarten after attending Goddard in Ladera Ranch and really thrived their first year at Elementary school. I cannot say enough kind and positive words about Goddard. If you are considering this school I highly recommend it.

Goddard is a wonderful school both of my children have attended and we are so happy we selected them as our preschool to start with. Their programs and education are amazing. The staff is wonderful. We’ve never had any issues we love Goddard. Thank you for giving us so many wonderful memories we will cherish for a lifetime

We love Goddard, both our sons have attended this school and the energy and love each staff member puts into the class, curriculum, STEM program, introduction of art and music and even kids' entertainment, is beyond exceptional. We truly love and recommend Goddard to all parents, specially if this is their first introduction to schooling for their child 🙂

We have loved sending our daughters to Goddard in Ladera. My older daughter went here, my middle daughter is currently there and I have a baby that will attend in a couple years as well. I love the photos I receive throughout the day. I love that they teach them chess. My daughters have really grown with the weekly share days, working on talking infront of people. This school has been amazing and I know my daughters are more than prepared when they enter kindergarten.

My daughter went for TK and we loved all the staff and teachers at this school. Once you do the tour, there’s no way you wouldn’t want your child to go here. From all the safety measures that are implemented, to the security, the privacy, the inclusiveness, the adorable way they decorate for ALL holidays…. it was honestly the best decision. My daughter has graduated and moved on- but still requests visits to go squeeze her teachers and the staff. <3

We've really enjoyed our experience at Goddard. The teachers are all loving and sweet. You can tell they love their kiddos. For young minds, they are constantly learning, doing activities, and getting energy out at a few different outside playtimes per day. I'd recommend Goddard for sure!

My son absolutely loves this school! We’re been with Goddard for more than 2 years. The teachers are fantastic – caring, attentive, and skilled. The cozy environment creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the education program is top-notch! I highly recommend it to other parents.

We were in the car yesterday when my 4 year old looked down at the beginning of a Bluey episode pointed to the screen and said, "Ddddd-aaaa-dddd is dad." This isn't a brag about my kiddo, it's a brag about Goddard of Ladera Ranch: never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would witness kiddo writing their name correctly and neatly, and putting letter sounds together this early.

My first kiddo went to daycare in Mission Viejo before the pandemic and we had a very different experience than Goddard. In the other daycare, parents couldn't keep up with the teacher turnover and were frustrated by inexperienced administration. There were a few licensing issues which is never a good sign.

Second kiddo has attended Goddard of Ladera Ranch since July 2021 and has made wonderful friends and learned from dedicated teachers. Kiddo is in the final class before they head to Kindergarten next year.

The final two classrooms before matriculation are at the end of the hall. When I drop off or pick up and I walk by brightly decorated classrooms with younger children I wave to the teachers. They remember my kiddo and smile and wave back.

It's not surprising their 80% retention rate for teachers is so high between the strong culture focused on happiness and building an internal community. Even their seasonal workers come back.

Benefits matter for childcare workers. Goddard of Ladera Ranch offers benefits, including vacation, health insurance, and a 401k match which is rare for a business this small.

All this makes them happy which allows them to show up and be happy for my child. Goddard of Ladera Ranch is worth a tour!
