We were considering Heritage seriously until we found out that:
The food is okay, but not great. Portions are small. Not enough for the big guy. $13,000 upfront to open a door with nothing in return and after we will pay $6000 to $8,000 every month with raises about every 9 months. And now we can have dogs everywhere. Who is going to take care of a dog to my right and left and one across the hall, all barking? BAD policy! Who is going to clean up the dog mess if they don't make it outdoors or maybe in the elevator? We can afford Heritage but do not feel we would be getting our money's worth. Marion & Jack Forsyth

The wine pairing was great. Not only was the wind good but the gentleman making the presentation was knowledgeable, engaging and did a great job.

None of the attendees were expecting a full dinner to be served. Good food and wine. Great presentation!

I’ve met some very nice people here. I have regular meals with two other guys. The same every night. I don’t have to worry about who I eat with! The food is good! I’m on the food committee making sure of it 🙂 The maintenance of the rooms as good as well. The maintenance of the air conditioning is good as well. I like my location because I overlook the front steps and see people. As far as I can tell, management is good. Overall, my time here has been a satisfying experience.

It’s been wonderful and try e support has been great. The people who’s re here are friendly, it’s amazing! Everyone is responsive, especially medically. I’m so glad I made this choice. I wouldn’t change it for anything and I’m a vegetarian. The chef has worked with me and the host staff are just great. I have no complaints and I’ve been here a year.

I definitely recommend the heritage. Part of the reason for me is you remain a resident of sun city west. I looked at a lot of places and always kept coming back to The Heritage. There’s something more homey about it than other places.

The strongest part of the heritage are the people that work here and the community. They make it a warm and comforting place to live. Not only that, the activity department is outstanding and accommodating to the residents needs.

Good clean facility and treats were really good.
Wish mgmt would lower monthly costs for indepentent living quarters for two people.
