Every time I go to the Jiiva Center I just feel so relaxed and happy. The energy there is also so warm and inviting. Elizabeth and Margaret are both so sweet and knowledgeable. I have been seeing them for a few years now and I can confidently say they and the community there has improved my life in many different ways!

Throughout this healing journey that I have been on, I have "stumbled" upon The Jiiva Center and had the amazing opportunity to get to know and learn from the lovely Margaret and Elizabeth. They are both so welcoming, knowledgeable and thoughtful in all that they put their hearts and minds to. They are both such natural teachers and cater to all learning types. I am very thankful for all the work they put into each class and for the the classes I have taken and will take. Couldn't recommend The Jiiva center more!!!!

Jiiva is a life changing experience! Jiiva is family-they are community!!! The owners Margaret and Elizabeth are very inclusive and welcome all types of humans from all walks of life. This center is just not about yoga! However, they do teach about what yoga really means. In my opinion, a lot of other centers out there really don't have that comfortability factor like Jiiva. I personally never feel judged when I attend, they are always patient and kind. If you don't understand something, they kindly explain to you what you need to know.
I've been attending Jiiva for over a year and I swear their offerings have changed my life! I have done reiki sessions and counseling with Margaret and I have also purchased the majority of my supplements from them. I've become certified in Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and I'm now in the process of doing my Reiki Masters. I've been certified in 100 hr Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga (Saturday September 18th/8 Hrs w/ Elizabeth) and... There is no and, at least not yet. I'm thinking about doing my yoga certification- I'm very selective, for me to do so much with Jiiva in so little time, says very great things about their company. Also, they have regular classes-yoga at all levels, meditation, massages, workshops, sell spiritual items and much more.

I just finished my sound bath certification course & I am so pleased with my experience. Margaret is such an amazing teacher, high integrity, knowledgeable, down to earth, welcoming, passionate and hilarious. She kept my attention for the 5hrs we were there, it’s hard to keep my attention for that long but she is that engaging. I am confident that I will do amazing work after taking this course, she makes information fun & doable. 10/10 would recommend

Always a great experience here!!! Great instruction, vibe and energy. Have enjoyed all of the classes. I also completed the restorative yoga and meditation certification classes here which have been super beneficial for me and in my work with others. Reiki is also excellent. Highly recommend!

Jiiva is the best! It’s truly a community of yogis who support one another. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training there and can’t recommend it highly enough - it was truly life changing. I also enjoy the classes and many of the instructors. No matter if you enjoy a gentle class, restorative, or fast paced vinyasa, there will be something for you at Jiiva.

Everyone at Jiiva is so amazing. It's not just yoga, reiki and meditation. Co-owner Margaret is a certified nurse and psychologist. She truly goes above and beyond with emphasizing the correlation between mind, body and spirit and what that means in both a metaphysical and medical way. She has helped me exponentially through urinary infections and depression/anxiety by providing vitamin/supplements, clinical medication, and spiritual growth using talk therapy and reiki practice. Not only do they provide personal guidance, but my mom has also received yoga and meditation certifications there, growing as an instructor. They have so much to offer anyone looking for physical and spiritual growth.
