I have had 1 child here for the past 2 years and am about to enroll my 2nd child. I have had many wonderful teachers for my son (Ms. Kathy, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Caitlin, Ms. Jessica). He loves each of his teachers and is excited to go to daycare on most days. Ms. Janet greets each family and child at the door with a friendly greeting in the mornings and always answers any questions or help needed. She is the reason I selected this daycare over the other option I had at the time. I like that there is a mix of learning, indoor and outdoor play, and sometimes special events (a visit from a fire truck, a reptile man). They work hard to help children develop milestones (crawling, walking, talking, knowing letters, colors, numbers, playing nicely, sharing), they work with children on appropriate behavior (safe hands, safe body) and have age-appropriate ways of dealing with misbehavior. Since my child is a boy and 2, I get to see how they patiently handle issues when they arise. I get just as attached to the teacher as my son. He is currently in Ms. Jessica's class and I want to keep him there forever! She is a great teacher and he absolutely loves her. They use an app called Brightwheel which will give you updates throughout the day on meals, potty/diapers, play, and pictures. You can also message the staff through the app and they send you messages, as well. It is another layer of communication. I trust sending my child/children there, he is learning and growing, and I appreciate the care the teachers have for my son!

To First Time Parents: I understand and know how terrifying the concept of looking for child care can be, as I was amongst this group last year. The Learning Center of Manchester allows you to do a quick tour of the facilities prior to even ever enrolling, but this still doesn't really tickle the itch of what it's like dropping your child off with these folks. Let me tell you, they will treat your kid as family. I scouted a few other facilities prior to enrolling here, and I am very pleased with my decision. It's a great safe place for a baby to be a baby, and they use a program that keeps you up to date on your child's routine. My child has learned by seeing the older groups of kids and it gives him a leg up on what the next step of development looks like, and unless you have small children in your life it would be hard to acquire this level of learning. I will give open warning that there's been a few illness that have journeyed home, but nothing that couldn't be collected just by going out in public. You'll learn to expect these things with a new little one.

I brought my daughter to the Manchester Learning Center location as an 11 month old. The staff were all so welcoming and loving of my child. They talk her how to walk, they table trained her and I genuinely believe sending my child here was the best decision I made for her as well as myself. It’s a blessing to be able to send your child to daycare and not have to worry about them at all. Polly the director, Janet and the ENTIRE STAFF are all so loving of the children and they treat each and every child as if they were theirs. I enjoyed receiving pictures and updates concerning my child via Brightwheel. They communicate greatly with the parents as well. Overall my experience with the learning Center and their staff has been an amazing one. And I’m so thankful to Polly Janet and the staff for the care they took with my daughter.

We sent our son there until during the pandemic. Everyday he was cared for as if he was their own. Janet especially always makes everyone feel welcome and she brightens my day with humor every morning. Our daughter started going at about 16 months old in August and she instantly felt comfortable and loves it. She literally runs at drop off into the building. She has made friends and Janet is one of her favorites. Also, the communication there is excellent. They also have an app that they update with pictures, video, and status throughout the day. They have a wonderful structure and do many crafts with them. This place truly feels like her second home. We love it!

My Grand child went to this daycare and they were very unprofessional. The manager struggled with treating the parents with respect and having private conversation. The staff was inconsistent and complained about management consistently. Several teachers left with no warning with left parents in a bind. The daycare is beautiful and captivating but you will regret sending your child there.

My daughter has been going here since she was 1, she is now 5 and cannot fathom how much I appreciate the staff there. My daughter has learned so much while attending, they have prepared her for K5 and we are all excited. I love them so much she will continue to do her before and after care at this center. The staff have become like family and I am so grateful for them all.

Janet is amazing. My grandchildren go there and they love to see Janet in the mornings. Janet is patient, kind, funny, and a thrill to have in our lives. The Learning Center staff have all been great! We couldn’t imagine having our grandchildren anywhere else!

I absolutely love this daycare! First day I brought my 1.5 year old a year ago , they welcomed me very nicely and friendly and made me feel very comfortable <3. I was very happy to announce that I was having another baby because I knew where I wanted to take my second child. The staff is definitely well trained and respectful! My kids love seeing the staffs faces every morning <3.
