This school is amazing! My daughter has been there for well over a year now. She’s has special needs and she is thriving. She has wonderful teachers, who go the extra mile in caring for her special needs. There is lots of fun and learning happening! The facility is also very clean and well organized! Also, fun that they send me pictures of their adventures throughout the day!

We are beyond thrilled with the care our daughter receives at “The Learning Experience - Cottonwood Creek”! The staff is warm, nurturing, and truly attentive to every child’s needs. Our daughter is always excited to go in the morning, and it’s comforting to know she’s in such good hands. The environment is both fun and educational, and we’ve seen incredible growth in her development since she started. The owner, is fantastic—kind, approachable, and truly passionate about creating a wonderful space for the kids. We moved our son here and it was a great decision because he has learned so much from the teachers at TLE. Having a curriculum is really incredible and I can see how much my toddler has learned in the time he’s been there.
Unfortunately, one of the management team left and we noticed a drastic difference. There has been TONS of closures, delayed drop offs and early pick ups since November and it’s getting to the point where it’s affecting our jobs. There is a massive lack of communication between management and families and it is very frustrating. Today was the final straw when they opened daycare, then told us at 9am that they would be shutting down at noon. How can we just leave our jobs at noon? Especially those working in healthcare! There’s zero accountability and communication. I’ve emailed and voiced my concerns but no one even has asked to speak with me. I really did not want to leave this daycare but it is looking more like myself and other families are looking for services elsewhere because TLE is no longer reliable.

I’m editing this to add that the owner did call me and was open to feedback. We’re going to give this facility another chance because our son really does learn so incredibly much here, he loves his teachers, and just the environment for him is amazing. We have truly noticed a difference between when we started at TLE and now, in all the best ways. His mannerisms, speech, and just intellect at only 19 months is incredible. Miss Amanda and Miss Mary are the bread and butter at TLE for us, they really care about each child and the love they have for Asher is just really appreciated.

So yes TLE has some work to do with reliability, every snow shower we shouldn’t expect a closure, and we’re hoping they can do better with that, whether that’s hiring substitutes or whatever, but TLE does foster a great environment for learning from a young age and it’s a place I can see my son growing at until he’s ready for school so I’m hoping we can see that through

The owner Mr. Kahn and staff at this facility have been amazing. We all have been through thick and thin together and this TLE has always been there for us. During the four years my daughter has attended here I have watched her grow tremendously in knowledge and in character. My son also goes here now and feel very confident about the safety, quality of care, and education my children are receiving here. I can personally attest to the quality of man Mr. Kahn is. He is absolutely one of the nicest and most genuine individuals I have ever met in my life. I know when I drop off my children here they are being well cared for and that is a peace of mind worth more to me than anything else. I believe in this staff, the Director (Tess), and the owner. Thank you all for everything you have done for us!

My son has been at TLE for a month. Coming in both Tess and Maya were happy to answer questions and make the transition to a new place easy for my son. They gave me the assurance I needed that he is safe and well taken care of. Any questions or concerns I’ve had are addressed immediately and handled if needed. Danni has also made herself available and a huge supporter anytime I’ve had a question. I truly believe these ladies and the rest of the teachers love what they do and care deeply for the kiddos in their care. The staff openly share how happy they are and how much they love their jobs. It starts at the top. I have witnessed Tess going above and beyond to care for the staff. The environment is great and my son loves coming in.

We feel comfortable dropping our toddler off here knowing she’s going to expand her learning, be well taken care of and have an amazing time! The teachers and faculty are amazing, very caring, friendly and professional. The program is very effective in that we get updates everyday about what our baby doing, eating, playing outside which keeps us as parents at ease. Now baby looks forward to going to daycare and doesn’t want to come home! Early closure announcements help for the safety of the kids and staff

TLE is an amazing place for children! I have had 3 of my children attend here. I have been with them for years because they are one of the best childcare centers/preschools. My kids enjoy the time they are here and are always learning something new! The curriculum and technology keeps the kids engaged and learning in hands on ways. Each classroom has toys to help build on developmental skills. They keep it very clean and organized. The owner and staff are very caring, polite, personable and professional.
