We’ve had our infant at TLE since the start of the year. The care and love he’s received has been outstanding — surpassing my high expectations. The staff is very sweet, friendly, and attentive. Our boy has acclimated very quickly. The communication is easy through the app and via text message; we get regular posts of all his activities. The facilities are clean and organized — they do a great job at decorating according to the changing holidays and seasons. Something that I love about TLE is that the building is designed and built to be a childcare facility, so the space is tailored to keep children safe.

The Learning Experience in Enfield was so welcoming of my son. They were great right off the bat with him with the transition. The staff there are extra kind, attentive and accommodating. I loved the extra things that they did - like the Trunk or Treat for their kids. I would recommend anyone looking for a daycare/preschool to look into this wonderful establishment.

When my sons grandparents could no longer watch my 1 year old, I started the frantic last minute search for local childcare. I must have called 10 places, only to be met with no availability, insane wait-lists, or no answer at all. TLE had plenty of availability and could get him in at the start of the month. Our first month had its ups and downs as one might expect with a new place with a 1 year old. But each day has been exciting to see photos of how your child is doing, and my child genuinely enjoys his time here every day, and the teachers are kind and helpful. They take the time to engage my child personally and with compassion. Recommend a look.

I am very happy with my grandson’s experience at TLE. He has never been socialized with other children before and Ms. Jackie and Ms. Aria are very patient, kind and understanding. We always get greeted by a smile and hello from all staff. Melissa and Nora are always available. The school has a positive, energetic vibe. My grandson Dylan goes here. He loves it and he loves his teacher Ms. Jocelyn. They really care about the kids. They introduce both learning techniques and fun together. Pictures from the facility are often sent during the day to his parents showing Dylan in various activities. We like that a lot. The location is secure, very neat and the staff is very friendly. A big thank you to everyone working here for taking such good care of our children. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My 3 year old has been attending TLE for about nine months. She has moved up through class levels a few times and had multiple teachers, and we’ve had great experiences with all of them. You can tell that her teachers really care about her, especially Miss Jocelyn and Mr. Josh. I have no issues when teachers are moved around to adapt to the day’s needs, as I know there are legal student:teacher ratios required for compliance, and they take this seriously. It also means that my child knows nearly every teacher in the building and vice-versa. Safety and security appear to be the top concerns at this facility and that aligns with mine as well. My only complaint is that their propriety app can be buggy, but it’s really no big deal. We are very happy here.

Like to preface this review by saying I RARELY write a review unless I feel it is in the best interest of the immediate community.

My wife and 18 month old were turned away at the door twice this week by the staff because they are understaffed and don’t have enough staff for each classroom.

Twice in one week my wife had to take off work because they could not accommodate my child.

The worst part, Melissa was completely unprofessional today and caused my wife to feel targeted because of her ethnicity

After Melissa stopped my wife and son at the door my wife sat in the parking lot to call me and numerous families came to the daycares door and dropped off their children.

BIG RED FLAG- when I went in after this happened express my disappointment and shock.. Melissa lied and tried to cover it up. She even had printed out the text that did not match my wife’s phone messages

Very concerning behavior.

My daughter has been at this center since she was 3 months old. Although the turnover rate seems high, I appreciate the search for qualified teachers. As a teacher myself, I know that finding great teachers is hard to come by.
I like the communication between staff and administration. They are responsive, proactive and reactive. Any concerns I have are addressed in a timely manner. My child seems to love her caregivers, her friends, and I couldn’t be happier. I would suggest this daycare specifically for Melissa, Norah, Joscelyn, Ari, Haley, and the other opening staff (I’m forgetting their name *sorry*). Thank you for all that you do, each day!
