Before joining The Learning Experience family, my son attended a home daycare from the time he was 3 months old until he turned 3. Transitioning at that age felt overwhelming—and, to be honest, a bit scary for me—but the moment I met the TLE team, I knew we had made the right decision. Their level of care and dedication reassured me that my son was in excellent hands. TLE provides a nurturing environment that any parent would appreciate. My son has learned so much, and the staff use diverse teaching techniques to prepare him for kindergarten. Most importantly, he loves his teachers and enjoys spending time with his friends every day. TLE has truly exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful we made this choice!

I’ve personally worked in childcare for about 4 years now and out of all the children and facilities I’ve cared and worked for, TLE Fairfield has to be the most unwelcoming and dissatisfying place of business for both current and future children and employees. Within my year and some change of employment the turnover rate in staff has been tremendously high and not to mention the center as a whole lacks sense of urgency. I myself, as well as many other coworkers, have been left numerous times out of ratio due to the lack of support management is not capable of. The teachers here are very much overlooked and under appreciated for the quality work they try their best to provide while working in a hostile work environment. There are definitely other centers out there that are worth exploring for the care and right price you need for your child but unfortunately this center does not meet those standards..

We loved our time with TLE! We started going when our son was just under 6 months old, and the team was very understanding of how nervous we were to have him in daycare full time as first time parents. We toured a lot of daycares and did thorough research before making a decision. At TLE our son was so well taken care of, the teachers and Director answered all of our questions and were so supportive in this transition. One year later, our son is 15 months old and daycare has been such an amazing learning and social experience for him - he is thriving! All of the teachers know his name, and greet him every morning when we come in. The students in the toddler and up rooms get plenty of outside time, read books, partake in arts and crafts, and are provided snacks and meals. TLE has an app and we receive pictures and real time updates of our son's day. We adore his teachers, and the Director is amazing - she is incredibly responsive and we know that she is on top of everything. We are only leaving because we are moving, but wish we could take TLE with us! So thankful for our experience with TLE, if you're considering them at all would highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the experience my family and I have had at the Learning Experience. My children have had loving teachers who are all knowledgeable and create positive environment on a daily basis. Staff if approachable with any and all questions and are always willing to hear out concerns.

aking the switch to a new daycare was a huge decision for our family, and I was especially anxious about how my two-year-old would adjust. But in less than a month, he absolutely loves it—he adores his teacher, and it’s been incredible to see how comfortable and happy he is. Just the other night at dinner, completely unprompted, he said, “Ms. Kiya nice,” which speaks volumes about the care and connection he feels there.

Our seven-month-old also transitioned smoothly, always smiling and happy at pick-up. The staff are warm, attentive, and provide such detailed reports, which gives us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far and are so grateful for the amazing care they provide. Highly recommend!

I normally don’t write negative reviews on establishments but this is a must. I enjoyed my time working here only because of my co workers & bonds with families that I have made, but I don’t recommend applying to work here, nor would I put your child in this daycare. Management treats families, their children as well as staff like garbage! State is in & out of that building every other week. Classrooms are continuously out of ratio every morning & children are moved around daily just to keep ratio, making children who are too young or too old for a certain classroom be placed in unsuitable classrooms. They’re not clean either. They say they have a cleaning company, but the floors are extremely disgusting! They don’t offer much. The curriculum is also not good. The kids LEARN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Imagine working for a company who relies on their teachers but treats them like garbage. I wouldn’t recommend placing a child in this facility, like at all.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience at The Learning Experience daycare. Our daughter began attending when she was 6 months old, and the level of care she has received has been great. The infant room teachers are exceptionally kind and attentive, creating a nurturing environment where our daughter has thrived. We LOVE Miss Denajah! The directors, Michele and Sarah, run the facility with efficiency and warmth. They are communicative and approachable, ensuring that parents feel informed.

We are incredibly grateful to The Learning Experience for providing such a wonderful start for our daughter and would highly recommend them to any family seeking quality childcare.

TLE Fairfield is a wonderful, safe, caring daycare. The teachers are phenomenal, the center is very well-run and organized, the classrooms are clean, inviting and always full of fun activities. The kiddos all have a great time there and I appreciate how hard the staff work to make it an exceptional experience for both kids and their parents. My child is so very happy there. It is truly a spectacular daycare with amazing staff!
