My three kids have had a wonderful experience at The Learning Experience in South Windsor! The teachers are always so welcoming and Patricia and Paige have created such a happy environment. I drop my children off every day knowing that they will be well cared for and be encouraged to learn new things! We love TLE South Windsor!

The front desk task are nice and engaging. My daughters teachers are sweet, patient and just amazing women. My daughter is learning so much and I'm thankful and comfortable bringing her to such a child friendly and educational driven center

I am a parent who will be pulling my child out of this toxic child care environment immediately. The upper management at The Learning Experience of South Windsor is utterly appalling. They allowed a parent to spit on the management team without any disciplinary action and continue to let parents yell at and disrespect the staff. This creates a hostile environment that is not only unfair to the employees but also unsafe and unprofessional for the children and families attending.

They do not take any parent complaints seriously, and the facility is consistently out of ratio, which is a major safety issue. Furthermore, staff members are not allowed to take proper breaks, leading to overworked and exhausted employees.

To make matters worse, they fired management staff and then turned around and yelled at those who stepped up, expecting them to compensate for the work that the previous director did not allow them to perform. Lindsey and Patricia have done an outstanding job managing with minimal support from upper management, doing their best to keep things running smoothly despite the challenges.

I do not believe children should continue attending this establishment. I urge parents to look elsewhere for quality childcare where their children will be in a safer and more supportive environment

UPDATE: They allowed said parent and child to attend the end of year summer party after telling me they are handling that situation. It just shows how appalling this place is and how quick they are to lie to parents!

My son has been going to TLE South Windsor for 6 months now and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Since going to TLE my son has learned and developed so much it is truly amazing to watch. The Directors/Teachers/entire staff is very helpful and responsive. My husband and I love that the daycare has an app in which our sons teachers send you daily pictures and update you on how his day is going. Highly recommend the TLE South Windsor location.

I was very skeptical about daycares but the learning experience has completely changed my mind in a positive way! The staff is extremely helpful,friendly and caring My son loves his teachers and has learned so much while being there I am truly impressed. He is always happy and calm during drop off/pick up time. Which says a lot about the daycare and staff. Overall, I would always recommend TLE South Windsor to any parent.

I just want to say I really love this school this is one of the best school I have ever came across and I just want to give a big shout out to Miss Tasia & Miss YAjel Kaliah have been here I think going on three years and from when she first started this school I knew they was a great fix for her even though she wasn’t in they classroom you couldn’t tell her she wasn’t and they accepted her like she was and very kind and nice to Kaliah these are wonderful teachers and we really appreciate having them here.

Worse day care experience . My son area always irritated with diaper rash every day I picked him up . Teacher doesn’t communicate on how his day went . I asked to switch from class previous director said she would . But then she was no longer there then they couldn’t grant my request . I walk into classroom children with runny nose to the point where they were eating their own booger . My son diaper has always been full when I pick him up . Confused on how they couldn’t smell in the classroom that a child was popped soon as. I walked into the classroom I could smell someone was pooped . So much money you pay expecting high quality care . You don’t receive that . 1st day my son was there they used all his wipes with others kids. My son run low on wipes and diaper in just 2 days . When I leave half of box diaper .

My grandson has attended The Learning Experience of South Windsor for a few months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. They work on tummy time every day in the infant room. We get amazing pictures from the TLE app. They work on sign language with the babies. And every week we get the best art projects from our grandson. The best part is that we feel the love and care that the TLE teachers and management have for the children at the center. They all truly care for their learning and well being. If you are in need of a school that offers the best curriculum and want to see a smile your child's face every day-look no further! I recommend this school to everyone I know.
