As a teacher at Southington TLE, I absolutely love my job! I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Early Education, and I must say, I'm impressed by our center and the company. Even our youngest learners—infants included—are exploring music, learning ASL, and being introduced to new languages. Everyday the children are exploring art, science, philanthropy, ASL, outdoor play and much more! We maintain a consistent routine for the children, with each child having the same teacher every day. Our staff is extensive, and if a teacher is unwell, our directors are incredibly supportive. Everyone at TLE loves being here, and we've built a strong community. We're excited to be expanding our classrooms to welcome more little learners and families! We truly cherish having your children with us and love them as our own! 💕

We struggled with the idea of putting our 2 year old in daycare for awhile but knew we needed to. We toured a few facilities, including TLE in Cheshire while waiting for TLE in Southington to open - while on our way home from the Cheshire location, the director of Southington called us and welcomed us in to tour the (almost complete) new facility. From the moment we met Miss Kristen, we fell in love. She was so welcoming and gave us such comfort in our decision. Our son has attended TLE since opening day and he is obsessed with going to "school". Miss Caitlin in Twaddlers became my sons best friend; we were so scared to move him to another class when he was ready because of his connection to her, but they handled it with grace. Miss Caitlin still welcomes my son with a hug every morning (and afternoon) and walks him to his new class if he needs a little encouragement. There are so many other teachers I cannot say enough good things about the teachers here! Miss Z in Preppers; Miss Trinity in Pre-School; Miss Lola and Miss Era; are just a few who have really bonded with our son and made us so comfortable. We highly recommend this center!!

Kristen is very affable and personable. All the kids love her because she genuinely loves the kids. One of the best Directors I have come across for a day care. She has a great and welcoming personality.

Our 2 and 3 year old absolutely love it here. They are so collaborative and really do strive to do what’s best for the kids with great parent involvement. When there was an issue in my daughter’s class, it was immediately rectified to ensure everyone’s safety to a level I had never expected. I feel so confident in the care my children receive here on both a social and academic level, highly recommend!

I began working here a few weeks before we officially opened for children to start and couldn’t say better things about it here. The director and assistant director support us and are always making sure we’re getting the support we need. When I approached the director with a concern I had, she immediately took action and put things into place for us to figure things out. The owners as well are very personable and will always pop in and say hi, ask us how we’re doing and if we need anything they are quick to help. It’s nice to see the owners step in when needed and show constant appreciation for their staff. So far, the communication has been incredible and the staff that our director worked very hard to make sure all teachers are qualified and good fits for our students, have been incredibly kind and all hands on.

Aside from the staff, the curriculum is truly amazing. We teach the children Spanish, philanthropy, music, engineering, physical education, etc. There is always so much to do and children are always having fun. The curriculum is uniformed across all centers to make sure that the children have the same level of education, which is amazing and really helps us teachers be able to spend more time with our children rather than spending all day planning. The company sets everything up to be as easy for teachers as possible and to keep a healthy life work balance. It’s been a great change and by far the best experience I have had in this field thus far. As a teacher that will one day put my own children here, I highly recommend the same for you ❤️

We absolutely LOVE it here! Our son started on their first opening day and we have been so pleased ever since. The directors and teachers are kind, caring, and professional. Our son is thriving and is so happy. We love the real time updates through their app and the daily photos! If you are looking for quality childcare and preschool this is the place for you!

We switched our 10 month old daughter here when they opened in August and she has absolutely loved it! The facility is so clean, bright and welcoming. Miss Kristen and Miss Emily and all of their staff are kind, loving, professional and caring. Our daughter loves going, has learned so much in the short time she’s been here also!

I have to say, as a first time Mom, dropping my daughter off here each day is one less worry for me, because I know she’s being well taken care of. Another note: we moved her here because the previous daycare she was at, she was constantly getting sick (sinus infection, Covid that wasn’t properly communicated). The cleanliness and cleaning protocols here are phenomenal and it drastically cuts down/prevents sharing of germs.

My son hasn’t had good experience with daycares I kept him out of daycare for a while. Until I seen the learning experience I registered my son in this daycare before it even started and can I just say me and my son love this daycare ! My son is very close to his teacher Mrs.Katelin . Emily is always so happy very warming when you walk in and the director is phenomenal ! We love the learning experience
