My son and daughter both attend The Learning Experience and I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible teachers and outstanding facilities that have played such a vital role in my children’s education and overall development. The vocabulary and mathematics to the sign language and early literacy, my children are very advanced socially and developmentally. From the moment we came here, you could tell new management truly cared. Ms. Aimee goes above and beyond for my son and is patient, encouraging, and committed to the growth of her classroom. Ms. Karina’s creativity in teaching and the way she fosters a love of learning has made a noticeable difference on my family. My children are excited to go to school every day. Highly recommend to family and friends in search of care.

As a parent, one of the most important things is knowing your children are in a safe, nurturing environment while you’re away-and that’s exactly what I have found at TLE! Thank you for being our home away from home here at The Learning Experience. We love you all!

Very pleased that I found this daycare. Compared to the last place this is a heaven sent! My child is often happy walking into class, during pick up they’re always running, laughing & playing. I love the extra curricular activities available as well as the updated school lunch with familiar foods from home. Top 3 on my list was diversity & I am proud that my kid sees faces like hers. We’ve been here going on 4 months & I’m hoping things continue to be good & better! Thank you TLE fam!

I'm in love with this school! As a first time mom I spent months searching for the perfect place to send my little guy. After touring multiple schools within a 10 mile radius I found the learning experience and I must say I'm very impressed. I toured the school after new ownership was established and I'm glad I did because I didn't see too many positive reviews regarding the previous management. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love that my 2 year old toddler is getting a full scale education as opposed to being thrown in a room with toys and a glorified babysitter. My son is learning so much and I love that I get alerts about his progress and well being every half hour, weather it's about the curriculum he's learning or a picture of an activity he's enjoying. I really love that they have frequent family days where the parents get to come to the school and interact with the staff as well as the students for fun and refreshments. I've included a picture of my son and I enjoying the schools trunk or treat event with their Mascot bubbles the elephant! I'm glad I made the right decision in choosing TLE 😊

We’ve had such a positive experience at TLE! It is SO clean. The teachers are excellent, especially Ms. Hannah and Ms. Amy. The director, assistant director, and staff are all extremely accessible. We love that our daughter gets outside twice a day and their outdoor space is very cute for the toddlers!

We’ve been at TLE Westlake since February 2024. As first time parents, we were hesitant in the beginning months and I (as an overthinking mom) would bring up concerns to leadership and every time I would bring up my concerns, I was met with quick answers and genuine solutions!

I can genuinely say that everyone from leadership, to the core teachers and to the substitute teachers truly care about my daughter. Any time she hits a milestone, or seems like her mood is off, they share it all.

Being away from my daughter every day is tough, but I get constant updates through out the day of when she sleeps, drinks, eats and plays. I get 3-5 pictures throughout the day which I love!

They do fun crafts with her and keep her engaged. They honor my requests and give advice. I am so thankful we’ve got her at TLE Westlake!

I had the weirdest most unprofessional experience with this daycare and my child wasn't even enrolled ....
On Wednesday, I called the learning experience in Westlake and wanted a tour for my Two-year-old son and I was also interested in enrolling my daughter for the summer camp program.
I get there at about 530 and Claire gives me a tour, everything went well, and I was ready to enroll my children. I was transparent with them that my son was having a problem with biting But they assured me, they have staff that is trained and supervise the children enough to where that shouldn't be a problem.
At the end of the tour, I get all the enrollment paper. She tells me she has to ask the owner if my child can start before my odjfs voucher is in their system. I let her know that the voucher does backpay and if it's an issue, I'd be willing to sign something saying I'm responsible for their sake of mind. She says OK everything sounds good so she'll give me a call later that night. I never heard anything so I called the next day around 11 AM and she said she's gonna talk to the owner around noon and give me a call, I never received a call so around 3 PM I call a few times (no answer) and leave a voicemail... never hear back. I thought maybe it was the end of the day and everyone was busy. Today I call a few times (no answer) and decide to go up there around 11 AM with the enrollment papers and immediately when they answered the door, a different lady answered and said he can't start until the voucher is in their system. I told her "okay, I will pay out of pocket until it is in the system" she says she needs to call the owner. She goes in the back and while she is in the back, I call the same number *67 and the phone rang, so I immediately thought ok they were ignoring my call which was weird. She comes back out 5 minutes later and says "yeah the owner says you can't start without the voucher in our system" I respond with "ok but I said I can pay out of pocket until it is?" She then says she doesn't have room for my son because there is a water leak in one of the toddler rooms and now they have to combine so they are full.. ok ..I then thought so what were you even calling the owner about if there wasn't space anyway? It was super weird, at that point I wasn't even comfortable sending him if they could take him. It was super bizarre and someone was not being clear about something.
I ended up telling a friend about my experience and she decides to call and say she has a two year old who needs care and if they have room.. sure enough, they had space!!
I'm not sure what the real issue was and why they couldn't pick up the phone and let me know, left me feeling weird and uneasy. 😬

My son is 13 months old and has been coming to TLE Westlake for 2 months and he is thriving there. All of the infant teachers are amazing and great with all of the kids. He loves his teachers! I truly feel a sense of safety and peace of mind having him there while I am at work. He is well taken care of and does fun things, they feed him a nutritious menu and I can tell he is learning as well. He is already using sign language for being hungry when he wants to eat. I would highly recommend this establishment to any parent looking for a safe and fun place for their children. The director Shannan is very kind and helpful to answer any questions and keeps us informed on important updates. Very good communication there as well.

Our 2.5 year old looks forward to seeing her teacher (Aimee) every morning. She keeps us updated our daughter's day and is well organized. We are grateful for all the love and support Aimee gives our sassy toddler.
