Beautiful getaway not far from home. Amazing views and lots of nice restaurants and places to see. My experience wasn't as good ad it has been in the past. I always get a cottage and for the price I pay I expect it to be clean and everything working as it should. Well the sink in the bathroom wasn't draining so they moved us to another cottage which I appreciated but also was a little inconvenient.

Very lovely view of the lake and surrounding area. Place is very clean. The heater/ac system could use some attention, because the auto function didn't seem to work and I had to put on manual a/c with to get the temperature to come down. I noticed the whole place was very warm. They don't supply every room with microwave ovens which I find strange because most motels do. The king bed was very comfortable for my wife and I.

We traveled during February. It was COLD and the lake frozen. We stayed in one of the premium cottages. Still it was Wonderful!||Pros: The view of the Lake (even while frozen) was beautiful. The walking path was serene and scenic.||-The premium cottages overlook the Lake. The sunrise can be viewed from the front porch chairs with a hot cup of coffee-if it's not too cold. Our cottage had a beautiful gas fireplace which we used daily, along with a kitchenette (microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, coffee maker), nicely decorated bathroom, and two bedrooms. The living room was very bright and airy.||-Housekeeping was excellent as was service from the front desk; Charlie was especially helpful in checking us in quickly and giving suggestions for what to see in the area. Wi-Fi speed was good and the service reliable. ||-Parking was plentiful and there were small carts available for carrying luggage.||-We prepaid for breakfast at the onsite restaurant (Horizons) and felt it was a decent deal given that so many restaurants were closed during the weekdays. Prepaid breakfast included an entree, juice, and coffee for $15 each. ||Negatives: No real negatives; the onsite dinners (Salmon and Dinner) were good, although we requested less salt for the vegetables and potatoes. The requests were readily accommodated. Michael was our dinner host and was consistently pleasant and attentive.

We saw a Murder Mystery dinner in the Ballroom at the Lodge. The performers were with the Noble Art Players. They perform in Geneva on the Lake. The food is always excellent during the performances! This was our 3rd performance and we will go again! It's a great show with wonderful performers!

An amazing spot with breathtaking views, amenities, and food. We were there on the off season which would be better. the place is huge and when the main dining room is full of people, it will not be very intimate. We had a lovely stay. The staff were all great and the food was good tooa/!

We have always liked The Lodge. Everyone is so nice. In our most recent stay, we didn't really have interactions with the staff. We love the pool and hot tub. The area where those are is clean. Our room was clean. It had enough space for the two of us. The bathroom was clean and spacious.

We have stayed at this property a number of times and it is alway a pleasure. The staff is very attentive, the bar is alway a “must stop” to visit with other visitors about the days adventures, the pool and hot tub are amazing, although we had snow on this journey. This is one of our favorite vacations.

I recently had my wedding here at The Lodge, and I can say it was absolute perfection. From the first day setting foot into the lobby, I could tell it was meant to be. Veronica and her team were the most kind, helpful, amazing people to truly make my dream wedding! All I had to do was ask, and they delivered! Thank you Veronica, and thank you to all the staff at The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake! Couldn't of had a better wedding and place to stay. So clean and very professional.
