Nika is a master practitioner. She is calm and competent and makes her clients feel at ease and comfortable from the very beginning. Her ability to make connections about seemingly unrelated health symptoms was really incredible. I feel better after just one treatment.
Do yourself a favor and book a session. BEST NAP EVER!

Brianna is a skilled clinician and a very kind and compassionate person. I am grateful to have found her. It is very relaxing getting accupuncture in her care. The environment at Luma is very calming, like entering a spa. Highly recommend Brianna and the Luma Center!

I had the BEST experience here with the prenatal yoga classes. Nika is amazing, and has such calming grounded energy. The space she holds feels so safe and the movement was perfect for all stages of pregnancy. She checks in with each person, and will tailor class to what your symptoms and struggles are that week. I went to almost every class throughout my pregnancy and met an amazing network of women. It felt very empowering and healing to go and be in the presence of other women in the same phase of life as you. She has a check in and you sit in a circle and share, which fosters connection. I just had my baby, and can’t wait to join in again once I’m cleared for postnatal. Nika also had guest speakers come at the end of class such as lactation consultants, postnatal therapists, etc. I learned so much! Thank you Nika for helping Mama’s through this important transitional time.

I've been coming to the Luma Center for several months now for prenatal yoga, acupuncture, and massage. It's helped me to form community as a new mom to be, and has been an amazing resource for all things pre/postpartum - Nika is so knowledgable and incredibly supportive. I would highly recommend to anyone considering attending classes, or looking for wellness centered around women and parenthood!
