John Leslie is an amazing instructor. He makes all the classes fun while keeping us on task with appealing videos. We learn almost all of the information that we need for our tests, if not all, and he always responds to any of our questions. I highly recommend him if you want to take Driver’s Ed.

John Leslie was my instructor. He knew a lot of information and although the classes were 4 hours long he was able to make them seem quick. He always asked if there were any questions and made sure everyone got credit for being there. On a side note he has great respect for first responders that he made sure was clear which I also enjoyed in his class. Would recommend to anyone.

Mr. John Leslie was a great teacher— he made the class entertaining whilst preparing the class completely for the requirements of the road. Driving lessons with the company are low-stress, informative, and extremely helpful for students. The convenience of testing with the company is unmatched. Overall, The Next Street has a phenomenal program for Drivers Education. Highly recommend!

Mr. John Leslie was my instructor for my on-road lesson. He was very informative, while also being very relaxed. He showed an exemplary understanding of current road regulations, and gave great advice on how to correct my mistakes, even a day before my test. I absolutely loved the next street in Shelton! I completed the 30 hour drivers education with John Leslie. He was always super helpful and best of all, he made every class really fun! Thanks to John Leslie and The Next Street, I feel confident in my knowledge about driving. The Next Street is the best place to go for drivers education!

John Leslie was my instructor for the 30 hour course. His teaching style is casual but still informative. Only giving 4 stars because of the Sunday morning classes. Other weekend class options would be nice.

Mr. John Leslie, the instructor, was great and made classes interesting. The material was taught well and in a straightforward manner that left me prepared for the driver’s test. The environment is friendly and lax. Making up classes is relatively simple. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Lisa Gilmore was my 8 hour class instructor. There was definitely never a dull moment with her I appointed myself as class clown and everyone in the class had a good time each night. Lisa gave me a lot of great tips for driving, things I would have never thought of. I had an amazing experience with the Next Street in Shelton and I highly recommend this place and Lisa Gilmore.
