Overall, I am not happy with this company or their customer service. The exception is Mike Davies. He is a fantastic road instructor. He gives very detailed feedback to the student and his customer service is top notch. The rest of the company... meh! Not very happy with the customer service. They will charge you $100 for a cancellation, but have no problem cancelling on their students at the last minute with no plan in place for making up the lesson. Wait time for customer service is terrible, and when you do get a rep, they are not helpful. Doctors keep time available to see sick patients... why don't they keep slots open for emergencies that arise with their instructors? So frustrated with this company! I wish there were alternative for drivers ed!

Karen Spencer is a great instructor. She is very charismatic and "fun" for lack of a better word. She isn't a monotone, reading from the book instructor and actually will give examples from her own life to help get a point across in a lesson.

This is a great driving school! Karen was an amazing teacher. I love how she told stories that had to do with the subject; it made class interesting, even the boring parts. Also, I just finished my first drive with Bethany. Awesome driving instructor! At first I was a nervous wreck, but by the end, I felt much more confident! She was patient and talked me through the maneuvers. I felt so comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone! Everyone at The Next Street is awesome!

I had Karen for my Next Street course and she was amazing! She made the classes fun and interesting and I think that the course was very helpful and I would recommend it for any new drivers. I am so thankful I had Karen, she made the experience really fun.

Matt is the BEST teacher, He tought us everything we needed to know while still making sure we had fun with the material we were learning! I had him for one of my drives and made sure that i understood everything crystal clear! Everyone that has him in classes have fun!! he made my experience very fun!

Karen Spencer is the best! She is really good at what she does, taught everything with depth and I would recommend to anyone looking for a driving school: go to All-star driver (Certainly if you get Karen!). Please give that instructor a raise, or at least a dry erase board that works.

Great Driving school. Karen is a awesome teacher ! You learn a lot of rules and laws. She makes class fun and teaches in a way everyone understands. Highly recommend this class !

This program was great and the dedication provided by the teacher (Karen Treczker) made the class even better. She was very knowledgable and made the class interesting, fun and productive at the same time. I would highly suggest taking your 30 hour class or behind the wheels with Karen because she provides her professional advice and truly cares about teaching her students the best way possible to be safe while driving.
