Best football decision I have made as a parent is investing in a commitment to The Trench Academy. I have 2 boys that have grown so much physically and mentally in their time at Trench. I am so grateful for Coach Taylor and his team. On top of knowing what they are doing, they care. At this point I consider The Trench Academy a partnership in my boys athletic development. I give The Trench Academy 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

The test of time is the best way to judge any program, and The Trench Academy not only passed but exceeded all of our expectations. My son Jake attended the summer before his College Freshman year (2020). He was taught principles of exercise and diet that he can carry forward for the rest of his life. And more importantly the core principles of sportsmanship, Team Values, and good old fashioned hard work.

Jake is now a 5th year Senior and a starting defensive lineman at Franklin College in Indiana. Jake went from 6'4" 205lbs his Freshman year to 6'4" 255lbs his Senior year. A lot of that is genetics but his strength has steadily gone up using the lifting techniques he learned at the Trench. The techniques of playing he learned at the Trench have been instrumental in Jake playing in the rotation for 5 years and now starting.

I highly recommend attending The Trench Academy. Karine, Taylor, and Antron are absolutely amazing people and most importantly lead by example. They make you feel like you are part of The Trench Academy family from day one! Thank you for everything you instill in your athletes!

I just wanted you to know that I have never had a Coach train my son like Coach Ray! I am not the kind of Parent that babies my son.
My son needs to hear it like it is, whether he likes it or not . Coach Ray has been such a BLESSING in our lives. I cannot tell you!! Truly, a godsend!! Coach Ray, has made my son a bigger and better player than he could ever be!! I can’t thank Coach Ray enough.
