Not sure what their communication policy is but there's something amiss here. They don't answer the phone and they don't update their website for changes (like opening) or text/call for updates for closures. We showed up two different Saturdays to find the center closed and could never get ahold of anyone to find out why. Later we were told, "We are closed when Williamson County Schools are closed." We go on Saturdays when school is always closed anyways. Im pretty sure a little rain closed the center one Saturday, again without letting us know. Nobody to answer the phone or update the website at any time. They seem overly busy and unable to provide decent customer service, to be honest. Our daughter showed little improvement in the specific area she was having trouble in and she complained she was made to do math exercises she had mastered a year prior in school as part of the curriculum. Nothing she supposedly learned seemed ground breaking in any way or help her with her issue. Very specifically she needed help in reading comprehension and thats it because her math/science is well above average for her grade. Beware of the 30 day cancel policy when you decide to leave. The value isn't there, especially when they cancel and the make up days are extremely limited due to how busy they are.

Our son, Rayaan has made great progress even during the short duration that he has been at the Tutoring center. It’s hard for him to sit and focus, and has tried Kumon and other classes, but the methodologies and switching between reading and math has made the class feel like it runs faster for him and he doesn’t complain about spending another hour. Having no homework is another plus for him as he feels like he’s done once the class is over and doesn’t have to worry about finishing homework before the next class.

I am extremely impressed by the process & testing results of this tutoring center. The hours are just right to fit into our busy schedule. The 1 on 1program is a must for my little one. I also love month to month option without having to commit to a contract. Best part my little one is excited to go & comes out with a smile when he is done!! Love Win Wins!

My daughter just started here, but she is very excited. We had our assessment, and a few days later returned for a thorough explanation of her results and the program recommended for her. During the second appointment we decided that a different route may be better for her to focus on and they were very accommodating to change what we had requested. My daughter was super excited to go for her first session and can’t wait to go back! I am very excited at the potential of making learning fun for her again.

My kids have been at The Tutoring Center Franklin for almost a year now, and love it!! We homeschool, and I noticed as my 7-year old, now 8-year old, was entering 1st grade, she was struggling with her reading, which made it difficult for her to complete her work independently. After about 2 months at The Tutoring Center, her reading improved dramatically, and now as she is into the first month of second grade, she is able to read and complete her work assignments with minimal assistance. I also started our 11-year old son when we began. He struggled with reading comprehension, and now is able to read and retain information like a champ, which has improved his test scores immensely and has made him much more confident in his work. This year, he is in the math program and is loving it! Joshua and the entire staff at TTC have gone above and beyond in helping my kids achieve academic success. Any questions we have ever had, have always been met with kindness, positivity, and a willingness to help and find a solution. They aren’t just a tutoring center to us....they are family!

We started at TTC when we noticed my child was struggling in Kindergarten. We did the program for 6 months. I was impressed how much they changed their program to fit my daughters individual needs. TTC brought my daughter up to the level she needed to be. We are at a new private school this year that is very academically demanding. Our daughter has had a great first grade year and we couldn’t be happier. We are so thankful to TTC for filling in the gaps.

The Tutoring Center is AMAZING! They have great instructors and tutors, who really care about you and your learning. They are all uplifting, encouraging, and great people to be around. Plus I am learning more and more about the subjects that I was struggling with, they have helped me a lot and I cant wait each week to go there!

Very energetic and engaging staff! My 4th grader actually loves to go to his sessions twice a week, which was not what i was expecting when i signed him up. The math grades are creeping up, but more importantly, my student’s confidence is growing.
