Staff are rude take no accountability or validate someone who was being verbally abused there. They covered it up and took the abusers side. The girl was drinking in kitchen with children around Colleen the supervisor is not supportive at all maria should be Supervisor. Girls were so hostile towards me instead of saving money for an apartment I had to pay my way in a hotel bc environment was soooo toxic. To shut me up they bought me a ticket out of state and didn't even make sure that where I was going was safe. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. STAFF retaliation is horrendous..they get.to close to certain girls and allow them to do anything they want. THIS PLACE DISGUSTS ME THE STAFF ARE SO UMPROFESSIONAL AND ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A SAFE PLACE...BUT THEY ALLOWED THIS GIRL TO RUN RAMPED AND DEFACE MY NAME TO ALL THE NEW CLIENTS. LET.ME NOT.EVEN START.ON CONFIDENTIALITY. SOME OF THE STAFFF BROKE HIPPA AND SHERRI, THE STAFF FINDS IT RESPECTFUL TO GANG.UP ON THE WHITE GIRLS OF THE PROGRAM because this girl is like her daughter which she has given her family phone numbers to this girl.
THIS PROGRAM IS RUTHLESS..THEM SENDING ME AWAY IS THEM COVERING THIS HORREDOUS EVIL..MY OPINION THE WOMEN DESERVE BETTER!! AND SHOULD NOT EXIST AND BE INVESTIGATED....THERE ARENT EVEN ENOUGH STAFF TO BE WATCHING OVER THE WOMEN AND OFTEN LEAVE US ALONE...THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL..2.4 STAR IS DEFINITELY WHAT THEY DESERVE. THAT PLACE IS A S--- SHOW. RUN DONT GO THERE!!!!! STAFF CANT BE TEUSTED....HARM PREVENTION NEEDED...

Don’t go here! I went here in 2009 and don’t know why they show a building that’s not where the house is! Someone took a lady’s pocket book and we all got Kicked out for no Reason! The staff won’t help you it’s not a safe place to be! The room I was in the window didn’t close and if you go downtown there is a lady who works at the bank she watches you and if your walking with a guy watch it they will think it’s your Abuser ! And the staff will walk in your room to see if you have anything to pawn wow they should shut this place down or get better staff!
