PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! I promise you it's only going to make it worse. They are the most horrible, unprofessional human beings I have ever met. Not only did I wait over 5 hours jut to be asked the same question 100 times But also you are told you cannot leave rooms. All the rooms have camerise the windows are bolted down, It is made to feel like a jail and I promise you it does. It really sucks when you're just trying to find your child's help. And you end up at a place like this. For your child's own sake do not come.

My experience with the Village was absolutely horrible. My therapists talked badly about me to my face and made my self esteem crumble. They are highly unprofessional and disorganized. Almost all of our appointments were canceled by the therapists and changed to a time that we clearly stated did not work for us. This was the most miserable therapy experience I have ever went through. If you don’t want your son/daughter’s mental health to crumble, please don’t pay this organization. They only care about money.

I was in the SFIT program for two weeks, and when they discharged me home, my medications did not say my name. Also, my insurance card was given to the nurse so they could put it on file, and when I discharged I never got it back. In my experience, Inpatient facilities are much better than this program was.

Wish I could give 0 stars! My teenage daughter was in therapy for depression witH suicidal thoughts. It was difficult to get her to come in to begin with as she was anxious. She comes in for intake and tHey are over 30 min late, then in the middle of the intake they have a fire drill. They assigned her a therapist, who clearly could care less because she discharged her afterr her missiNg an appointment. I wasn’t notified of the discharge until I called to reschedule her. I spoke with the manager after they told me she’d have to redo the intake and be reassigned. The manager did nothing but listen to me rant, offering me the same resolution. I took the appointment and when we arrived, I was told that the therapist had called out sick! Once again, no one called to notify us. The lack of care & consideration is disgusting!
