My recent experience at Tiffin Aire was overwhelmingly positive. I flew in for a Hartzell propeller overhaul/exchange ("prop swap") and received the highest level of competent, courteous service from start to finish. The job was completed impeccably, on budget and ahead of schedule, and while work was underway I had the privilege of meeting many of the fine folks who work at Tiffin Aire and getting a tour of their remarkably impressive facilities. I highly recommend Tiffin Aire for anything from full-service fuel at self-service prices to major maintenance/repair/overhaul, and everything in between. I'll be back!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Tiffin Aire at the Seneca County Airport (16G). Their attention to detail and top-level craftsmanship during my De ice Boot install, prop upgrade, and annual inspection were commendable. The detailed log book review and excellent communication instilled the utmost confidence in my airplane's airworthiness. Andrew, Mike, and Nevin's genuine care for both you and your aircraft shines through. I cannot express enough positive sentiments about my experience with Tiffin Aire!

Tiffin Aire is an honest, top notch outfit. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and able/empowered to help. Even through a messy prop overhaul (not their fault, just a bad core), their prop shop's timelines were accurate and their work high quality.

When I dropped the propeller off for overhaul, I asked the FBO front desk if we could tour the prop shop since it was a Saturday and empty, and since the guy working the front desk seemed enthusiastic about what they did. I got a full tour of their whole business -- props in various stages of overhaul, their aircraft maintenance hangar, etc. To start, the whole place was impeccably clean and tidy. All the overhauled parts looked great, as they should, but the overhauled MT blades in particular looked *incredible*. Their finishing and paint easily looked better than the factory new MT blades I've seen. The gentleman giving the tour was very proud of that fact when I pointed it out and it was at this point that I sussed out that he was actually the co-owner of TIffin Aire (with his wife). Working at the FBO with another employee on a Saturday. He hadn't mentioned it, up until I point blank asked him -- instead deflecting my praise of the various stages to the people who worked in those areas. Definitely a selfless leader and all around good guy from what I could tell.

About a week after leaving the prop with them (great inspection turnaround), I got a call, estimate, and photos with some bad news -- the hub itself had been red-tagged due to pretty bad corrosion. Ultimately, the overhaul no longer made sense due to the cost of a new hub.

The prop sat with them for a month or so until I decided to not move forward with the overhaul. I was going to go pick up the red-tagged parts in my plane, but got super busy and it sat for another month with them until I ultimately paid to have them ship it to me, which they were happy to do.

Through the whole process, they weren't pushy, didn't rush me to a decision, and just generally had an attitude of "we're here to help". They were incredibly accommodating. Their work that I saw in person was very much top notch and the props that were assembled all looked factory new or better. Their professionalism speaks for itself and everyone was a joy to work with despite my prop itself being a big letdown. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at all.

We had a starter generator go out on us in flight and had to land at Tiffin Aire . We went in to talk to someone about our repair and within minutes they had pulled our piper M 600 into the shop and began working on it - they had to have the generator overnighted from out of town and had us up and flying before noon The next day
