Home goods, clothing, watches, handbags shoes all in a messy store. No customer service great location lots of parking . The check out queue is slow . It was clean well organized. Plenty of pparking inner loop location

Weird system here. I asked cashier Angelica how much longer she would be because the line was literally 50 customers long. She stated that she was processing a return and she would help customers when she was done… huh? So if 25 customers walk out right now because you’re doing a $13 return…. Let’s make sense of this

Terrible customer service.
Bought a Moka pot, used it once, it started lots of discoloration with black stuff coming off of it when wet, it didn’t look/feel safe to use. I took it back 5 days later (on July 4th) and I was told that they can’t take it back because they can’t resell it because it looks messed up lol. Basically I messed the item up and it wasn’t defective in any way. I paid $8 for it so the expectations were low but the manager I spoke to was very rude and confrontational.

Every single time the line to check out is 30 minutes long. I love the store but I dread coming here because of the lines!!! Checking out shouldn’t be this painful. It’s Saturday at noon and there are two cashiers open.
