My kids have been at TLC since they were babies. They love it there! I wouldn't recommend any other place to take your kids. The teachers give them one-on-one time and are very patient. My kids come home with a project almost every week. In the summer, my son goes on field trips every day. The staff is understanding with payments and whatever life brings your way. The center is always clean. If you have a problem, they have an open-door policy and will allow you to see any cameras in the building. We love TLC!

This daycare is absolutely amazing & nurturing, my son has been going here for about 2 1/2 years and everything has been great throughout those years , my daughter has recently started here as well and so far she is being well taken care of by the awesome staff ! Communication is magnificent and I love the app that is being used for communication with parents & that it can be used to know what is going on throughout the day with my children. Overall, a delightful place to bring your child(ren)

PARENTS BEWARE:
I advocated for TLC for several years that my son went here. His teachers were great to him, but the petty drama and slights spoken behind backs are not professional. Even when the facility failed 3 DHR inspections, I still sent my son and worked with them. They had been lapsed with Child Care South due to several issues that came up and in the meantime I had to wait to redetermine. Once it was up and active again I had to reapply and get back on CCS but they tried to accuse me of it being my fault for the lapse in coverage. They wouldn't approve my CCS with a non-compliant facility.
They allow their students to hit and hurt my son and not say anything about it. They said "get over it, your parents are here to pick you up". Not acceptable.
When treatment issues were addressed about staff towards both myself and my son it was ignored and given a deaf ear. The assistant director purposely antagonizes people and even threatened to attack me while I was walking out to my car on multiple occasions.
I don't like conflict and don't start it, but will defend myself and views when threatened. They don't like the truth being told. This is it. The assistant director even is willing to physically attack and threaten parents. Very unprofessional staff and after they allowed another student to attack my son without anyone saying anything to the kid in reprimand, I don't believe they care about his well-being anymore.
I hope the teachers that treated my son well and advocated for him find somewhere better.

Absolutely horrible. AVOID at all costs if you want your kid to feel safe from others hitting them. Actively let’s kids hit others and doesn’t care. Very poor management and a few good teachers. Many better daycares in the area to try

My granddaughter attends at this learning center and is learning so much! She isn’t quite two yet but she brings home crafts, her language has begun to develop more rapidly and she is happy to go every day. The staff is very friendly and nurturing with the children. It’s so refreshing after having negative experiences at other centers.

We love this daycare! Our son has been here about a year and he has opened up so much - they've been great with helping develop his social skills. It's obvious how much they care about the kids and we love how clean it is. So glad we found them!

I LOVE this center!!!! They are very professional, dedicated, and really love’s caring for kids. I have three kids that attend. Aging from toddler, Pre-k and after school care. They all love attending TLC. I appreciate the staff for all the extra support effort and time they put in to my kids. They deserve 10 ⭐️

My daughter been going to this daycare since it first open I can say Taneka and Jennifer are great! there are a couple more I don’t know the names but they are very nice whenever I see them. I really hate to take her out but we moved an hr away so unfortunately she was missing days and we just got frustrated with the whole transportation to the center. I love this daycare I would give it a 10 if I could?
