Let me start off by saying that if you do your service online it's cheaper and more efficient. They void your activation fees and everything is set up how you want jt. T-Mobile itself is great however I'm not sure if it's the employees or the system itself probably both because I switched and it took a week to get things fully set up and have it functioning properly. To make it clear I switched from Metro PCS because I was going to be paying less and getting better service which honestly I have so far. They did resolve it quickly when I went in there and had a good attitude super helpful with all my questions and it was a technical error so that's on the system . However coming to my bill as I mentioned I switched because it was cheaper because of a promo and the promo wasnt applied. Eric was able to resolve it efficiently. My issue here is regarding the transparency of the items they promote as some of the other comments have mentioned. I recently was offered two tablets that I didn't know I was getting via credit (I know it seems crazy that's why I jumped on the deal) to make it clear I did get a phone via credit which for that I was explained but with the tablets I even asked if I will pay anything additon beside the activation fees, renting etc and I was told no. So I get sales have to be made however it would be great to know all the details and not be lied to

I recently had an awful experience at T-Mobile, and the root of the issue was the manager, Eric. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Eric has no sense of customer service. He was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all. When I tried to explain a problem I was having with my service, Eric interrupted me multiple times and showed no interest in helping. He seemed more focused on getting me out of the store than solving the issue.

To make matters worse, when I asked about a possible solution, Eric gave me conflicting information compared to what I was told by customer service over the phone. He lacked any professionalism and showed zero accountability. His attitude made what was already a frustrating situation unbearable.

Eric’s incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking for someone in a managerial position. It's clear he lacks the skills necessary to lead a team or even handle basic customer interactions. T-Mobile deserves better representation, and honestly, this store would run smoother without him. Eric should be fired for his unprofessional behavior, poor management skills, and complete lack of care for customers.

The workers over there are really rude there was this lady who talk to me rude just because I told her if they can help me with something and she was not paying attention to me and I told her and there was not even nobody in the store and she was like oh yeah if you don’t like this store, then go to another store. and there are a little bit racist because I talk Spanish and they were talking English and they were laughing and they didn’t even know how to translate.And she giving dirty looks

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager Erick at T-Mobile. His attitude was incredibly rude and condescending from the start. Instead of helping me with my issue, he was dismissive and showed no willingness to provide any assistance. It’s unacceptable for someone in a managerial position to treat customers this way. I felt ignored, disrespected, and his lack of professionalism reflects very poorly on T-Mobile’s image. I sincerely hope the company addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated like this when seeking help.

I was here to switch plans with my family and Keren assisted us, she was excellent, 10/10 service. She did everything possible to work with what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to tell us about special offers that we might have been interested in. The store in general was clean, had great music, and there was a nice variety of phones offered when switching over. So far, T-Mobile has been a good switch. Thanks to Keren and their other friendly staff for the great service!

Horrible store. I went in there to purchase a phone fast. I was in rush and the manager Erik charged me for a phone charger and a cleaning kit when I never authorized him to do so. I then went the next day to resolved the issue and he was extremely disrespectful. He tried to switch things around me and his response was so ignorant as a manager. He lied the complete time about the items being in my plan because then I went to another T-Mobile store and they returned them with no issue. When I left his store he started screaming across the store saying if I wanted him employee number 🤣 go to that store if you want to get robbed. I recommend going to Erik his the main one .
