Yesterday I was given a tour by the director Pam & manager Veronica. I found out in order to even enter the building you needed a fob, which is a comforting knowing they have security measures in place to protect the children. Everyone was so nice and had smiles on their faces. The rooms were clean and organized. I noticed each room had boards with the curriculum, kids allergies, schedule, etc. The school was very clean!! Also this academy is education based, not like your typical preschool where kids just play and go a couple days a week. They pride themselves on providing value to children and their parents. I was blown away! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My daughter attended TTLA from 13 weeks until almost 10 months. She had the most amazing experience here and I wish I could take this daycare with us when we moved. Miss Pam, the director, is such a kind and caring person. My daughter absolutely adores her. The infant room has two amazing teachers, Rachel and Evelyn. They helped her reach so many milestones and loved on her every step of the way. Many other staff members and teachers knew her as well and always greeted us warmly and wished us goodbye at the end of everyday. Everyone here is so nice! Thank you for taking such great care of my baby! To anyone looking for a new daycare center I would highly recommend this one

My grandkids spent the summer here. They were excited to go everyday! They loved their teacher and loved the sports program Jump Bunch that comes 2x a week. I love the quality education and teachers with BA BS and Masters Degrees teaching the kids!! I am very happy with this school. I highly recommend it to those looking for a quality education with highly educated teachers.

I share this review in hopes that other parents that may consider taking their child here are more informed. This facility has unreliable employees and we were often informed that we may be getting a call to pick up our child because they did not have enough teachers to care for the children. As two adults who work full time, this was very difficult for us. Initially, we were sympathetic to the situation as cold and flu season had hit but it became very apparent that once this was happening for a couple of months, the facility was doing nothing to remedy the situation. Teachers were still constantly calling in sick and there was little effort from the owner/director to recruit more staff. I made the decision to immediately pull my child from this facility when I had to dropped him off to a room full of 20 plus kids varying from ages 1-4 to yet, once again, a shortage of teachers. In addition to this, I often prepaid for the week ahead (which is not required) because it was hard to flag someone down to take my payment. Yes, you heard that right. We were on the honor system. No automatic payment system, etc. We literally had to remind them that we needed to pay. Once I pulled my son, I called the following week and nicely asked for a refund for the week I paid in advance. I was told "they would talk to the owner and get back to me right away." That was 10 days ago. I've had yet to hear anything. I did not feel that my child was safe in such a chaotic and unpredictable environment.

I absolutely love this daycare, my children have been attending this daycare for almost a year and a half now. The teachers are great and so enthused. Many reasons I would keep my children in this particular child care facility. One, Mrs. Pam and Mrs. Cheryle are great leaders to their staff. I witness that every week. The teachers are the most caring, loving and dependable. It's truly a great learning enviroment.

My daughter has been here since she was 8 weeks old. When she is playing with neighbors that are kept at home all day, all of the parents are amazed at how intelligent she is. It makes me feel like I have done a good job with my choice of learning centers! I also recently called around and this is more cost effective if you are unable to receive headstart because of a higher income bracket, and she is learning the same curriculum and more of a one on one relationship with the teachers.
