I have had my son in 3 daycares around the area and couldn’t find one my husband and I agreed on. Until we found TLC as soon as I went in for a tour I loved it.
Ms.Swarna who works with babies under 1 loves all her babies there .. as she’s the first person you see when you walk in, she’s an Angel that loves her job and the babies as her own, which that’s something hard to come across now a days.
The Facility is clean, well taken care of, my son is now 1.5 and he’s learned so much being here like walking, talking more, learning how to play with others, etc.
I highly recommend this daycare! Especially the owner Lydia she is very professional and sweet. As well as on top of everything.
I will be taking my 2nd son here as well!

Wanted to write this review as my youngest daughter is aging out of daycare. I've seen a lot of new babies and toddlers enter TLC and I wanted to share my experience and hopefully some sense of calm to those considering this daycare/school.
First, let me start with my oldest. She began at the age of 2 and just recently graduated and is now at TK in a dual immersion program. At our parent-teacher meetings, I was told that she has been having a very easy transition into school. She knows structure, can follow routines, and already has a great ability to trace letters and work on projects. All of this is thanks to Ms. Mirtra!
Currently, my youngest is in Ms. Mitra's and soon will be moving on to elementary too. She has learned a tremendous amount. She struggles with attention and slowing things down. Ms. Mitra has helped greatly with this. She has true patience, love, and dedication to her teaching to her students. She organizes parties, cooking classes, performances, almost weekly projects, science experiments, special guest visits (dentist, nurse, and other professionals), and probably more but I can't think of it right now.
I appreciate all of her weekly lesson plans and how they are sent to parents in advance so that we can plan and support our kids in their learning. As a professional, I don't see much room for improvement. You can immediately see her years of experience when you walk in and see her successfully managing a class of 8ish 4-5 year-olds. We will greatly miss Ms. Mitra, but we know that any student in her class will be more than prepared to enter elementary school and will come from a warm and loving educational foundation.

I'm so thankful that my grandson Grayson is in Ms. Mitra’a class at Toddlers Learning Center. Ms Mitra not only focuses on providing an excellent education and experience in her classroom, she also takes the time to get to know each of her students and their family. Ms. Mitra is more than a teacher to us, she’s an extension of our family. Her love, support, and continuous commitment to building Grayson self-confidence, leadership, and passion for learning has been a tremendous blessing to our family.

My son goes to Toddler Learning Center. Mrs. Mitra is an amazing teacher! When I first took my son he was a little scared and shy because we had just moved from Texas to California. Mrs. Mitra made my son feel safe and welcomed to be going to school. He looks forward to going to school and being around other kids his age. Mrs. Mitra loves what she does and she is VERY dedicated to her students. I am blessed to have found TLC because everyone that works here is amazing.

Toddler Learning Center was a great experience for our daughter. She had never been in an all day pre school before, but everyone there made her feel welcome and safe. Thank you for providing such a nice environment for our daughter. Ms. Aki, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Mitra have all been very supportive.

My son has been with TLC since he was 8 months old in 2016. He has now joined the Pre-Kindergarten and we are quite excited for our son because in just a matter of days, we have seen improvements with his behavior. He is more attentive, behaved, obedient and responsive. Teacher Mitra is a an amazing teacher, her goal is to prepare her students for when they transition to kindergarten - it includes some math, reading and most especially self-respect. She has a great follow-through with kids and her teaching style is superb! She really pays attention to every child and makes it her personal mission to ensure that her students absorb the learning. TLC is a great daycare/school for kids overall. The owners are wonderful and exerts efforts to make the school system better. From the infant class headed by Teacher Swarna who is another amazing teacher - treats every child like her own (my son's very first teacher), to Teacher Hannah of the 3 year old class (very attentive to her students), Teacher Maral of the Toddler/Two Year old class (very caring and kindhearted woman), Teacher Aki (warm and bubbly) and Teacher Mariam (gentle) and Teacher Mitra - ALL of them are special and passionate to what they do. We are very happy and extremely glad for having found this school. We highly recommend this to any family who is looking for someone trustworthy to take care of their child/children. Thank you for all that you do TLC!!!
