I just got off the phone with a representative with a couple of questions. I stayed calm and very polite while she was extremely rude right away and treated me very unfairly. Not sure if she‘s having a bad morning or this is her usual attitude, but she really knew how to make me feel “less than.”

So my spouse went in for help after being unable to contact the EDD by phone, after trying for 2 weeks. When he got to the Torrance One Stop, an employee ( a woman with a bad attitude and thick accent) was rude and refused to listen. Instead she informed him she was the "expert" had been doing that for many years and then proceeded to give him information he didn't need or want. She then informed him she shouldn't be helping him anyway, when he tried again to get the information he needed.

No wait even without appointment. They p people who work there are extremely helpful and friendly even though it wasn't their job to do so they help me Resolve an issue with unemployment
