The lady, Cheryl, who trained us was so kind, she did amazing with walking us through the process of running through how to do CPR and AED.

Yes it was quick, the instructor was friendly, and price wasn't bad. BUT for CPR it was awful! I sat in a room and watched the video but didn't have to demonstrate any of my skills. If you take CPR here and then are in an emergency needing to save someone's life...that person will die because you will have no clue what you are doing.

We had a cpr class scheduled for 10am, instructor was a no show. Called and spoke to someone, she said the instructor had an emergency, they could get another instructor but it would be 1030 or after. I ask to be reimbursed. They reimbursed my payment. I would not recommend this company.

The owner is very disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. After I said I was calling corporate he says,” very rudely, I’m corporate u can go about your business.” He got in my face as if he was about to do something. I will never go there ever again. He keeps deleting my complaints even on the BBB site. He kept interrupting when his staff was helping me with my fingerprints application. Proper customer service etiquette would be great. I do not recommend this company. 😢

Sedra Taylor is a phenomenal Instructor. He not only made sure we knew how to perform the physical aspect of CPR/First Aid but he explained to us how there are other ways to also save or help someones life. Will definitely recomend TTS to others and continue to go for my certifications in the future.
