Staff is rude and very cold/ dismissive. My son was sent home every 2 days for every little thing. It sounds like I’m over exaggerating but I literally almost lost my job in a span of a couple weeks because of this place.
One day I got a call when I was at work saying my son split his forehead on “something” and they needed me to pick him up and get him to the ER. They have cameras and two teachers in each room yet no one knew what happened that caused the injury. I was left with no explanation and no apology for what happened. My son still has a deep scar.
Another experience I had there, Deb (director) refused my doctor’s note for my son excusing and explaining an ongoing medical issue he has and to not mistake for a contagious illness. She snatched the paper from my hand and merely 2 seconds after reading the words on the paper she went “hmmm yeah no”. It was such a battle with her I had to bring it to her boss to let my son back into the center. Also the place is way overpriced. The only positive I have about the place is how beautiful it looks.

I don’t have good experience here, they usually have two teachers one is really good other one is not , She’s not the professional and knowledge.its been few times I tell her something like my baby need help ,every time she say ok I will, but she never do . The director attitude is perfunctory.
